The staff were very friendly and nice. Was close to the airport.

When booking a hilton hotel, you expect a certain standard. In this hotel the reception was new and modern but unfortunately I had a very old and worn looking room. There was no air conditioning, and the bed was uncomfortable. I paid quite a bit for this room for one night and it was no better than an ibis budget, in fact worse. Maybe they are slowly renovating rooms and got a bad one. I arrived very late after a long journey, a plane delay and losing luggage so I really didn't have the energy to complain but was very disappointed.

We stayed here before and it was perfect. This time the air conditioning was not working in the rooms. We tried to stay in our room even with a fan we were given it was unbearable. They were very kind and put us in the ibis hotel. Which was ok. Unfortunately not at good as the hilton.

Unfortunately no air conditioning. The staff helped straight away. It was a shame as we wanted to stay at the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel. I felt we missed out as we ended up staying in a hotel of lesser value. As we booked through booking.com, they could not offer us anything else.

Rooms need updating they look really old (furniture etc)

The position was good, I was very comfortable because it was 5 minutes till the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, my room was well appointed, super comfy pillows and bed. It was quiet and restful. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, comfortable lounge and restaurant.

Proximité de l’aéroport

Ne correspond pas à la qualité que l’on attend d’un hilton!!!!! Peinture des murs et du plafond de la salle de bain qui s’écaille de partout! Équipement vieillot, pas de produit genre Coton , coton tiges, etc…. Toile d’araignée dans les couloirs et au dessus de notre tête au restaurant extérieur !! De plus ayant réservé pour le standing hilton et pour le restaurant que nous pensions à la hauteur des autres hilton. Nous avons été très surpris de ne pas avoir été informé à notre réservation que le restaurant ne servait qu’une carte réduite, à savoir deux salades et un club sandwich au menu et rien d’autre!!!!! Tout cela parce qu’il ( enfin je suppose…) recevait les équipes olympiques, ce qui nous empêchait d’ailleurs de profiter de la salle de sport et de la piscine qui étaient monopolisés par les sportifs!!!!!!! La moindre des choses auraient été de prévenir les clients à la réservation ! Ps : je tiens à la disposition de la direction les photos de la salle de bain.
