- The location is great - very central and close to the train station - Staff was accommodating, friendly - Overall everything was clean

- The interior of the room is quite dated. For one night or if you don’t plan to stay in the room too much it’s ok, but personally wouldn’t stay for a longer period - Note that there is no hairdryer in the room, but the staff provided it on request

It's ideal for the railway station and a very short walk to the old town and the promenade. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Would help to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room.

centrally located to the viaduct, restaurants and across the road from the train station. room came with a balcony facing the street which I really enjoyed waking up to.

you could hear foot traffic and other guests in corridors from the room. shower need a glass door or water leaks out everywhere

Great location just by the train station. Quick check in.

Shower was leaking water at the bathroom floor although curtain was used properly. The room had a weird smell, probably from smoking. Extrremely firm (stone-like) pillow, even by French standards.

We only stayed here for 1 night and it had everything we needed. The room was a bit simple, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice and there was also a small elevator in the hotel. The location is great: very central (located in the middle of restaurants and shops) and everything was on walking distance. There was an underground parking across the hotel (Parking Cannes Saint-Nicolas), <5 mins by foot. Overall a great value for money.

Relevant location, very short walk to the train station, restaurants, shops, beach ect. Well cleaned, big thank you to the friendly cleaning lady and helpful staff overall!
