Great position, nice swimming pool, cozy rooms

Resturant staff highly disorganized. The chef often coming out of the kitchen to look for the waiters. We waited 90 minutes for our dinner’s main course.

Lovely pool and spa facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. For train and bus ride into town centre.

Paper cups in room, cups or mugs would be better.

Booked in for evening meal at the restaurant. We waited well over an hour between courses. We then saw other visitors who arrived after us being served. When we asked the member of staff he was rude and challenging we ended up leaving after the starter because of this

Kind staff, easy to reach, comfortable bed

The room had a humidity smell, which was stronger in the bathroom. Breakfast 20 euro per person is too expensive

Such a beautiful location, handy to public transport. We used the free spa facilities and remember to book it before you arrive as it fills up quickly. The rooms are warm and comfortable and have great facilities.

missing attention to detail: -no spare toothbrushes -bad internet connection that fully broke down when more guests arrived - breakfast for 20€ could be better equipped

I liked it all, our room was lovely and big, very comfortable, the location was quiet but good to get to the main ski areas, and it was easy to get into the Chamonix centre.

Our room was above the sauna which made it a bit too toasty.

You can rent skis and all what you need directly from the hotel. Good quality products. Breakfast is lovely and with a great view. This applies from the bedroom as well directly on the mount blanc.

We arrived at the beginning of the season. None of the facilities mentioned where aligned to the reality No restaurant nor bites at the location and no place in the neighborhood to grab some. No pool as mentioned on the site as not functioning in winter. No one was speaking English except when checking in or checking out. There was a promise to organise taxis but when needed it was impossible to get one as there was limited drivers affiliated to the hotel. When asking to discuss the situation with manager and look to align the price to the value we were getting, she never showed up. Generally, the experience was very below average

very nice and very clean hotel.

everything was perfect but i was staying on the first floor and some pipes are going through the room so it was extremely hot. i put the radiator off and even though the temperature was unbearable so had to sleep on an open door through the night.

very convenient located near the main slopes and the bus station ( the bus is free if you are a guest at the hotel)

lack of staff, always had to wait 10/15 min at reception, stupid booking system for the spa, how can you enjoy a jacuzzi in 30min?.. in 6 days we could only use the spa twice as it was fully booked all other times we enquired. bland 80s style buffet breakfast, definitely not 4star standard! tiny room, hardly enough space to walk around the bed, and we had deluxe room! had to store suitcase on the balcony because there was no space in the room or tiny wardrobe!
