Absolutely amazing place. We loved our stay. Especially the pool, the view, the food in Marcelle. If I must mention one flaw it would be the prices in the pool bar and La Plage.

Prices of the beverages in the bar could be reconsidered.

Great facilities, a wonderful restaurant and very helpful staff.

We have a problem with the Wi-Fi when we arrived, but this was quickly sorted out by the maintenance staff.

The buildings are beautiful if rather close to the main road (noise) and there was construction work in the vineyard.

The staff let the place down - poorly trained and with little supervision.

Everything - it is a paradise on Earth.

Stunning grounds and hotel.

The bedroom was stifling warm even with the windows open.. in March and it was only 12 degrees outside. Air con didn’t work and I’m sure the heating was on.. it must have been around 25 degrees in the room. apparently, it’s to do with the heating system and the weather. such a shame as it meant we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Only given 1 small bottle of water in the room for 2 of us and charged €6 for a second. At €400 a night, I’d have thought they could stretch to some free water!

Absolutely bad restaurant (the bistrot). We had a meat that was horrible ! Like a sole of the shoes. The room wasn’t clean a lot
