The room was good along with the location

Les portes et murs de ma chambre étaient sales. Les matériaux sont de mauvaise qualité, et il n y avait pas de lumière dans ma salle de bain côté wc.

Décoration, propreté de la chambre et personnel très à l'écoute, super petit déjeuner (livraison en chambre sans supplément), bonne connexion WIFI.
Inadapté pour travailler : table trop petite et coussin du canapé qui glisse
Chauffage beaucoup trop bruyant et chaud, j'ai tout coupé à mon arrivée.
Pas de banc pour poser la valise malgré la grandeur de la chambre.
Bouton de fermeture du volet du VELUX non visible.
Pas de QR code dans la chambre pour commander le repas au restaurant LE DUPLEX, même le deuxième soir malgré la remarque faite à la Réception.

Pulito e davanti alla stazione dei treni. Ristorante nello stesso stabilimento e anche il noleggio auto.

Très bien décoré très cocooning
Nous avons séjourné du 31 déc au 2 janvier 2024 malheureusement le 1er tout était fermé dans la ville aucun restaurant à part restauration rapide ouvert c est dommage que l hôtel ne fasse pas de restauration ou alors se mettre d’accord avec celui d à côté pour avoir qqch car nous avons fini par se faire livrer une pizza et manger dans la chambre ….

La proximité avec la gare a été un de mes critères n°1, on ne peut assurément pas faire plus pratique :D
Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympathique et disponible en cas de pépin ( encore merci au réceptionniste de nuit qui est venu m'ouvrir la porte si tard dans la nuit, au retour d'un concert ! Keep rocking \m/ ).
Le choix des denrées du petit déjeuner (boissons/nourriture) sont plutôt bien et variées.
La déco dans la salle de réception est vraiment chouette, il ne me semble pas avoir vu d'autres hôtels Mercure décorés, ça donne une image moins sévère de l'établissement.
Je ne me suis pas sentie très sécurisée en me promenant tard le soir (ou plutôt en rentrant tard le soir), aux alentours de la gare mais je crois que c'est propre à toutes les villes en général qui ont une gare. Les personnes qu'on croise la nuit ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en plein jour...

Le confort de la literie, le petit déjeuner, le parking souterrain bien utile dans ce quartier bien que payant.
La chambre louée mériterait d'être rénovée.

Very convenient location at train station, staff were very friendly, and a nice reception area. Good for a short stay.
Room didn't feel recently renovated - all the common areas had a nice look/decor that was a lot different to the room. Could definitely do with a refresh as it felt very 'holiday-inn' / motel-esque, but the price was higher.
TV chromecasting didn't work properly.

The bathroom is a little run down, not in great condition. The Parking code for exit the garage they gave me didn't work. I had to back up and end up damage my car, very unpleasant, the check in was very long

Great location, next to the station. Good restaurants were in reach. Friendly welcome. The breakfast was very good (local cheeses!).

The room and bed were very comfortable, warm, and quiet, literally opposite the train station. Breakfast was very good although they forgot my request for gluten free bread. Food quality was otherwise excellent. Although not relevant to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the town, lovely old town with large Saturday market. Easy walking from hotel and train station, the hotel looked after our luggage after checkout, while we looked at the town.

Service!! Had to wait in common room when switching rooms instead of being to stay in the room till the other room was ready.
Reneged on their promise of free cancellation with 18 hrs notice. Cancelled last two night (and corresponding prepaid breakfasts) and received ZERO refund. Completely misleading, cheap, and disagreeable attitude from even a 3 star hotel, let alone a supposed 4 star! Will never book here or other Mercure hotel!

very close proximity to the train station. the beds are very comfortable which is a huge plus.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. I absolutely adore the privilege rooms, great value, spotlessly clean, good size, tea and coffee facilities, really comfortable with everything you need. The location of the hotel is perfect opposite chambery train station and the decor, cleanliness and comfort are excellent- I love mercure hotels for this consistency of excellence.
The front desk staff are not great. Whilst not outright rude, their customer service is slightly lacking compared with the fact that the rest of the hotel is pretty faultless. This is only a minor point. I don't let other people's attitudes affect my day too much.
