les deux chambres réservées de longue date devaient être à notre disposition dès 16h00. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 13h00 afin de garer notre véhicule au parking. La réceptionniste nous a donc vu et n'a pas précisée que nous aurions un souci de disponibilité de nos chambres lors de notre retour à 16h00. Les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à notre retour et nous avons dû attendre une heure dans le hall pour que l'une des deux soit disponible et 1/2 heure de plus pour la seconde, ce qui est inadmissible vus les prix pratiqués (sans geste commercial a posteriori).

A localização é muito boa, bem próxima ao centro histórico, o estacionamento é fácil no próprio hotel. O quarto é bem confortável. O pessoal é muito atencioso.

Très agréable position face à la Loire, à 5 min du centre ville, accueil très agréable (le personnel a essayé de nous trouver une chambre le plus tôt possible et nous a appelé quand elle a été prête, jolie vue sur la ville, l’Hotel de Ville).
Le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, l’espace restaurant et celui du bar sont très réussis
La piscine est un peu triste et le spa aurait besoins de quelques aménagements au minimum d’un jet d’eau pour nettoyer sa place avant d’utiliser le hamam

La qualité de la chambre n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel Mercure ! Prix beaucoup trop cher pour une chambre aussi datée ! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel !

L’hôtel était propre et agréable. Les équipements de qualité. Le personnel aimable et bienveillant.
Le bruit du frigo et de la lumière, la nuit qui était un peu chaud. Et la lumière du logo de la télévision qui était aussi un petit peu dérangeant puisqu’elle était juste devant le lit.

Rather unfriendly staff looked like was making me a favor checking us in and answering my questions about parking.
Parking at the hotel was full so I parked in the long parking area (a part of it is for free) in front of the hotel overnight which looked safe.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and professional. They accommodated our request to stay just a bit past the checkout time to facilitate managing our baggage.
The shower with the open wall is quite uncomfortable for getting the bathroom floor wet. We understand the use for hygiene reasons, but making it just a bit longer would be helpful. Or at least provide a few extra towels to help manage any mess.

Excellent location on the north bank of the Loire - 5 minutes’ walk from the old town and 5 minutes’ drive to access A10. Indoor swimming pool and the gym has views of the river. Bed was very comfortable and shower room very clean. Small fridge in room to keep drinks cool.
Too many small lights from thermometer and TV and ceiling sprinkler which kept us awake. Not sure if there is a way of dimming them or switching TV off completely at night.

The staff and the breakfast were quite good. The dinner wait staff was also very good. The food was good but it great. The view from our room was lovely. The bar was quite nice.
We booked the hotel because it was in the center of the town, but it wasn’t and the neighborhood was not particularly terrific.

The breakfast was very good. The stuff was nice and assertive.
In the room: the walls were empty, without any picture and looked pour.
There were no glasses on the table. In the refrigerator was only one small glass of water. Even in a 3 stars hotel the refrigerator ad more things.
In the bathroom: no cosmetics, no douche-cap, no glasses, no slippers or robe, as we were used in a 4 stars hotel.
