Bad breakfast Room floor dirty Poor room cleaning

Nice and quiet place to stay, easy to access, efficient check-in/out, good breakfast with fresh orange juice, bar and restaurant (weekdays)

We missed some mineral water in the room (could have been a glass bottle to prevent the former plastic ones)

Room are clean , staff are nice and help full Breakfast is very large buffet with lots of choices

- Limited international TV news (e.g. BBC World); - WiFi connection dropped out frequently, especially during morning after overnight; - Bedroom window had no fixed tilt setting (only open or closed); - Bathroom had strong smell of smoke from ventilation system early in morning, indicating smoking in room(s) somewhere despite NON-SMOKING hotel policy - disappointing

The waiting time in the lobby. No bell for letting the stuff know that customers are already waiting. The breakfast was ok. The lightning in the bathroom could be a bit brighter. A little expensive in total

The bed was horrible.

It was close to where we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable. Water was hot. The room was clean . COVID compliant.

Wi-fi didn’t work. Bread at breakfast on our second day was stale. Felt the bathroom was dark.

Clean room, perfect for 1 night stay if you have some meeting in INSA.

Aircon does not work yet even weather was more than 30 C
