All good. Staff, location, rooms.
Maintenance was not good specially washroom. Door lock issue, water drainage issue.

Hotel was really nice and cosy. Spacious and clean.
Only thing is the housekeeper tried to tell me I have to check out early. Check out was 12. She told me to call reception room phone wasn’t working so I had to use my own phone and got charged for international call. Reception was really nice though

Room, Location, variety of breakfast spread, staff, near by shops eatery.
The toilet bowl needs replaced. It is descaled and black, around the rim is brown, our child was scared to use the toilet.
It would have been nice to have access to the pool.

Convenient to Metro, playground and carrefour nearby. We had a 2 room apartment which was OK for family of 5 reasonably priced. Nice receptionist. Someone hoovered our apartment every day while we were out and made our beds.
Had to ask for bowls (dishes ) only given 4 .. we needed 5....none in apartment.... cutlery only for 4 people... did ask for more but it was never sent up to the room. No toaster in tiny kitchenette to make toast for breakfast.

Functional apartment that worked well for our needs for a low budget weekend away. Really easy in and out of city centre on the metro.

Size of the apartment was very good for family.
the kitchen was well equipped, but the dishwasher liquid was missing

excellent location. staff at reception is very helpful. they helped checked in early (my room was already ready when we arrive at 1pm although check in time time was 3pm). they stored our luggage on the day of our check out (as our flight was at 10pm) and they even helped print our boarding pass!

the cleaning team didnt clean properly. trash bin were not emptied throughout our stay (we stayed for 3 nights) and at the end of our stay, the trash bin overflowed.

The hotel was lovely, well laid out, breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location for the PSG game.
The room was a little small for my liking but that is only personal preference, there was nothing wrong with the room, it was perfectly fine just a little small.

Travelled to Paris to go watch PSG, the hotel is perfect location, 5minute walk to the stadium. Staff were lovely and helpful, hotel was lovely and clean.

Spacious apartment, small kitchen so it was easy to prepare food for kids, excellent breakfast, good location, each room had tv, good shower

I came with my son 11 years old for one night stay for a Paris saint Germaine foootball game. It’s apartment hotel, the location for the stadium is close. The Room was clean and comfortable.
The light in the shower was blinking and very disturbing. I called the reception but they told me that they can fix it the next day (and I came for just one night).

Nice and safe location. near from the Eiffel Tower. I could see the PSG stadium from my hotel room and the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop.

Nothing
The room was dirty, damaged facilities, dingy and ge nerally awful. Nothing at all like the pictures or description, lots of things not working. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

apparthotel room was not properly cleaned.
hair of previous guests in the bathroom, on the toilet and shower.
the floor was not properly clean (still some food on the floor)
the worst part was really the smell of the room. you didn’t get out the smell of whatever was cooked in there. so we always had to have the windows open because it was really disgusting. maybe it’s also the carpeted floor that is really old.
i could have lived with all the minor side steps in regards to the cleaning part but the smell was unfortunately a no go.
