Zimmer war sauber und ok.
Das Frühstück wird dem Preis nicht gerecht.
Viel zu harte Brötchen und Auswahl ist für solch ein Hotel nicht besonders groß.

Everything went fantastically well - we spend a night in the hotel before heading back home after a holiday in Germany. My dad's trip from Dortmund to Suceava with Wizz Air was cancelled and, after spending the night in the airport (an absolute nightmare, with no information whatsoever from this doomed company which shouldn't exist anymore), the hotel staff was super nice and got him a room for the upcoming night with an early check-in. The lady on the reception duty on the morning of 26/07/2023 was super kind and super understanding - I thank her wholeheartedly. The hotel is quiet, ultra clean, with very good connections with the city and the airport, highly recommended for hop-on/hop-off travelers. But the staff have been just incredibly helpful and made life smooth and easy in a difficult moment - what a relief that was!

Location is good for airport travelers
Bad English at reception, slow service due to that, smelly pillows, NO hot water early in the morning.
For the price of cca 120 euro this is unacceptable.
Will try to avoid next time for sure and seek better options where I can get value for my money.

Book a room for 2 adults and 1 child but not enough bedding, towels etc.
Water chargeable.
No air con - room stuffy
Shower pressure poor and water unable to drain away properly.
Number of key items at breakfast missing and not replenished - no eggs, pancakes or crossiants…

NO AIRCONDITIONING in a 4 star hotel!!!! Nowhere in the entire building! 100 eur for 1 person to sweat during the entire stay! You must take good advantage of all the people with canceled or delayed flights coming from the airport, after many waiting hours to take a sauna in the room and in the restaurant. All this for just 100 euro!!! I wonder why the 4 stars!!

Nice spatious rooms, comfortable beds, quite area.
It’s not a dislike but if you are booking here be aware of the location because you will need a taxi to get to the airport. The staff was friendly and was surprised and made a second call to the taxi company when our taxi was late.

Good location from highway 40 for travelling stop over. Good selection of teas and coffee with kettle supplied.
Close to McDonald’s for those who like that sort of thing.
Restaurant not open at time of stay and not easy to get cases into reception if parked in their carpark due to locked door in front of lifts. Had to use steps to access hotel entrance.
