Normal size room, very clean. Beds are comfortable and the plugs and switches are integrated in the bed for easy access. Free drinks are a big bonus. And ice cream.

Breakfast was very good, and accommodated gluten free needs. Hotel was clean, quiet and efficient. Staff was friendly and courteous. Free soft drinks and beer was a pleasant surprise.

The location of the hotel was very good. Staff was very helpful and always available. Coffee and drinks were freely available.

There is a fridge on every floor with drinks and even beer free to enjoy.
Soundproofing - I could hear everything in next rooms.
Location is little bit remote. It takes ~10 minutes walking to reach old city part.

Great location near the train station. Very kind staff. And as others have mentioned, really nice touches, such as the ice cream, tea and coffee, and complimentary cold drinks made my stay just that extra special. Excellent breakfast and WiFi. The rooms could be updated a bit, but I’m sure that will eventually happen and certainly didn’t detract from my comfort. Will come back the next time I find myself in Oldenburg.

The internet connection was extremely slow, can be improved, I used my 5G mobile data instead.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very large and comfortable.
Although the room was very clean, the bathroom floor had not been mopped, there was dust and blond hairs on the floor (I have dark hair). Also the shelf over the toilet seat was dusty. The rest of the bathroom was very clean. Perhaps they tried to rush to get our room ready. I think it was an overlooked from the cleaning staff.
The WiFi connection was not strong enough for a class I had on Zoom.

The location was good as it was close to the train station and not too far of a walk into the city. Breakfast was included and was excellent. There were many options for both cold and warm foods and coffee was available throughout the day. The room was very basic, but fit all of our needs.
