Oldschool mit dem Charme der 80er, aber gepflegt und sauber. TG mit E-Ladeplätzen. Sehr Gutes Frühstück bis 11h.

Kleines Bad mit Dusche in der Badewanne. Nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß.

Great location close to the river and very well connected to the centre. Great room with fancy furniture. Feeling of high level hotel. Very good restaurant (though with limited choices) connected to the hotel.

Breakfast is high quality but too expensive, it should be larger for the price it asks.

Femme de ménage qui arrive à 8h00 et vous dit qu’elle fait le ménage tout de suite ou qu’il ne sera pas fait de la journée. Le lendemain jour férié idem pas de ménage donc rien sur deux jours consécutifs. Salle de bain très limite

Lovely place to stay. Not so far from the city centre.

Could not of been nicer or more efficient other than the minor niggles below

Only getting one sachet of hot chocolate each day for a double room. Despite requesting another was advised by the person servicing the room that this was not possible! Really!!! Provision of bathroom scales was a nicetouch, just a pity the the battery was flat and regretably my language skills were not up to making the hotel aware of this. Neither of these points detracted from a very pleasant experience THANK YOU

I stayed here because it was close to a work venue. The hotel is very nice. The hotel rooms are cozy. Love the art that is around the building, and the history. Was able to do my own laundry, with washers and driers that are powered via an app. The bathroom was nice and there were lots of lights and storage space, for you to be comfy. The complimentary beer and water each day was a nice touch. This wasn't my first stay and it wouldn't be my last.

It was getting a little cold in Bonn, so was having a little difficulty adjusting the temperature so it wasn't too hot or cold. There was an evening when I thought I could have received a bit more help from a staff member, but it may have been a language barrier issue. I wish the restaurant attached to the hotel was opened a bit earlier and closed a bit later during the week, so that I could enjoy some more of their meals.
