I was sent to a room that already had a tenant. Yes, you read that right. Gladly, we did not "meet", but how can that be? I was not offered any compensation, not even a free coffee or anything. I bought snacks, so that would have been an opportunity. Also, I was afraid that someone could go to MY room - not cool. The bathroom sink was not very clean, which is often the case in big hotels, as the personnel has NO TIME to do that properly. It is a management failure. Dinner was off one day - would have been nice to let me know beforehand, that I do not starve and stay out for food. Also, the dinner is okay but quite expensive. There is a vent in the bathroom that blows for hours until late evening, you cannot do anything about it. The breakfast is really nothing special, I would expect more from a 4-star hotel. Also, would you mind not cleaning the place, while I am still eating? They left the food but took the forks so that I could not take more. Also, there were 4 staff people standing there on the buffet, while I was still getting food. That makes me feel very uncomfortable, I would hope that the timing could be better arranged. Also, the rooms are really not special - which is also not what I would expect in that price range. Altogether, I expect more from a 4-star hotel, I get way more value for less money in family hotels, apparently. It was my last stay in a big chain.

Not as easy to find the main reception as it was a bit of a loop to go around and follow the signs.

Reception was very friendly. Actually, so were all the staff.

A good night's rest is very important to me, so I always seek hotels with good beds, pillows and soundproofing. Soundproof....? Not really. Bed was great, pillow way to high (maybe I just have a short neck😉) The receptionist explained they are new, but brought another kind of pillow to the room. I ended up sleeping on the couch pillow. The bathroom is small, without the luxury bottles of soup you usually find. The container of soup at bathtub was empty. No smaller hand towels/face cloth. Best is bring your own if you want those little luxuries. Not much choice on the menu. The food was nice enough but way over priced though.

Great location. Easy to town and highway. Good parking.

Everything is perfect. Great stay.

Never heard of Schweinfurt, but it is a nice little town at the Main river. Hotel lovely situated at an island in the river, just 5 minutes walk from downtown. Perfect room with huge Kings bed.

Room was very comfy and spacious. Delicious breakfast. Staff was very friendly specially helping out with stuffs for our small daughter (e.g. baby chair, crib, Organisation etc.).

Fitness room is still worth it for a work out but the equipment deserve a renovation soon.
