Schöne Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtet. Gute zentrale Lage.
Kaffee muss man beim Personal bestellt werden und das Personal macht keine Anstalten in dieser Richtung guten Service zu zeigen.

This hotel is really special because one feels as a princess there. One goes back to the history and gets the feeling of living in old days on a castle/chateau. We also liked the staff there.
Glutenfree bread was not available.

The rooms I got were very small and not that comfortable. Also, the hotel charged me extra money called city tax !!.
Overall, my stay was very expensive compared to the service I had.

Hotel Belle Epoque is one of the most luxurious hotels with a sophisticated atmosphere and a lot of art that we have visited in Germany! I will come again definetely!

Nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The room was in the "adjacent building", the room was disappointing, 2 single beds next to the wall, beds were not comfy, it looked old and not very neat. Bathroom with only 1 sink and no shower. A pity, as the hotel rooms seem to be very nice .

It’s an old-style luxury that felt enjoyable & relaxing on a quiet winter’s day. Lovely decor details & attentive staff.
The walls are very thin so neighbors are easily heard, but the building is very old so this is to be expected.

a gorgeous well kept property from a bygone era that still had modern amenities. The grounds were peaceful and serene in the middle of a lovely city. The staff was friendly and professional.

Gorgeous place with impeccable period furniture feels so luxurious. Attentive staff. Delicious plentiful breakfast. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was gorgeous.
We rented an electric car for our trip and they do have onsite charging, though it was crowded.
I thought parking was included, so maybe didn’t read the website correctly, but it’s not.
