The bathroom is very conjugated

The room had an excellent view of the mountains. The experience was so surreal will definitely recommend everyone to book this hotel.

Room was perfect. big enough for 4 people and easy to work remotely.

Spacious room size and parking space. Very nice location. It is good for one night stay but not recommended for long stay.

The lift was not working, no barrier in the balcony which was uncomfortable. TV wasn't working.

Location in nice and quiet Grainau and right next to a bus pickup. Apartment views and decor were both great. One of the best Zugspitze views you can find.

The breakfast that we paid for seemed a bit expensive. The Booking.com cost estimate was a full 100 euros less than what we were asked to pay at checkout so that was a bit of a surprise. The elevator was not working which was a major issue for my spouse with a broken leg so her trips from and to the room was a difficult one.

When we reached no staff to guide us at all. They allotted us a room on 1st floor which was without lift.

Very large room, beds were comfortable.

Carpet was stained in several places. Check in time starts fairly late.

Hotel is in a perfect location. It was clean and cozy.

Interior of the hotel feels a little bit outdated. Also it is next to rail way: when the train passes it gets really noisy. But other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel seemed abandoned, the rooms on the ground floor are quite neglected. It was on the outskirts, so you can't do anything after you get to the hotel. There are no services (restaurant, bar, etc.)

It was amazing to stay at this property the front office guy was very helpful.

The location, from my window you could see the mountain. The garden for the children to rest. The facilities and decoration.

Nice place to stay if you want to visit Eibsee or/and Zugspitze. The room in the hotel was perfectly clean and the location of the hotel is not bad at all. The Eibsee bus stops very close to the hotel and also the village of Grainau is very beautiful. We took the bus to Eibsee and after that on the way back we walked down which I recommend highly due to the breathtaking scenery.

Quellenhof is a nice hotel in a fantasic location. The room we stayed in was large and reasonably equipped. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.

The shower/bath combination is old and in need of renovation. The rooms have no airconditioning, they get very warm during summer.
