Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick, was uns von Anfang an begeistert hat. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der Saunabereich, den wir jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren genutzt haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Skikeller konnten wir unsere Sachen abstellen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof war für uns Bahnreisende hervorragend. In 10 Minuten waren wir (auch mit Skistiefeln) dort und kamen schnell zu den Skigebieten Garmisch Classic, Zugspitze und sogar nach Österreich. Das ging sogar mit dem Deutschlandticket. Lecker war auch das Frühstücksbuffet mit ausschließlich regionalen Bioprodukten. Auch die Küche abends im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut und hochwertig.
Die Matratze war mir etwas zu hart. Leider war die Dampfsauna kaputt. An der Rezeption hatte nicht jeder Mitarbeitende gleich viel Ahnung, wenn wir nach Infos zum Skifahren und Restaurants gefragt haben.

The hotel is located in the center of town, in walking distance to the Zugspitze Cog wheel train, to the bus to Partnach Klamm and many more attractions. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding offering everything you wish for. The room was very nicely furnished and had a view from the elevated sitting area in the room. Spacious bathroom with a big shower. The attached brewery offers delicious beers. We had a wonderful stay.
The 1st day the elevator to our room on the 4th floor didn't work and made a bit strenuous to get to our room. However, the elevator worked on our 2nd day and made it a lot easuwr.

Beautiful location overlooking the mountains, breaksfast was great and so cute to see a little beer garden atta hed to the hotel. Ample car parking

Good central location, simple but functional room, great view from the terrace and beer garden.
The room and bathroom were rather small, and the furniture was dated. The breakfast was a disappointment. For the quality it offers, it feels like the hotel should be in a lower price category.

The location was perfect
The sauna, the pool, and the hot tub were out of order, and there was no mention on the website. We were disappointed

This was a wonderful hotel. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the view. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

We got a lovely upgrade with a free-standing bathtub, which was a nice plus. The view was spectacurlar. Beds comfortable. Overall amazing experience.

Breakfast served was good and the staff was super warm
Toothpaste wasn't free as a part of toiletry.I had forgotten to get my toothpaste and it was a public holiday so all shops were closed.I asked for a toothpaste in the reception and they sold me a 4,5euros worth toothpaste 😂

We liked the Snow mountain view from the room balcony, The Sauna facility was awesome and importantly the location of the hotel is too good.
The breakfast was nice but the food menu can be made much better

Our room was good. I didn't like that the room was facing not to the mountains but to the street, but anyways. The beds were comfortable. You have everything you need for comfortable stay in.
I was expecting better SPA. The spa is very small and does not have a pool or something like it.

Departed very early and attendant made us coffee and sandwiches. Very kind of him.

Using their wifi my cel phone was cutoff but reconnected immediate.

Great location, family room with connecting door to other bedroom was good, and spa bath great. Staff very helpful, breakfast was great. Parking €5 very fair and easy to find as immediately at back of hotel. Nice views of the mountains.
