Cleanliness, very friendly staff

We needed only 1 night sleep over as we traveled from denmark to slovakia, so that what a perfect place to take a night 🌙 . Room very comfortable, good size, internet worked well, complimentary water -awaiting in the room was great 👍 Breakfast were good - would appreciate to add next time some sausages, and scrambled egss to.me slightly more softer....

Excellent staff and service, from the reception to the cleaning lady. Included Breakfast buffet is excellent. Excellent Service in reception by Katherina/Katia Petrenscho and Mr. Barker/Baker. The hotel was full of Ukrainians workers from a aviation company, but the hotel staff continue giving a good service, also Ukrainians are good people very kindly.

I didnt like that I stay an extra day and paid 70% more for that day. Also for $70-$115 per night, you most have a coffee machine and refigerator in the room.

The room was super clean. Pillows were surprisingly very comfortable! The rooms had lots of shelves. Though the hotel was near the autobahn, we received a very quiet room as requested.

No hotel info, no water cooker for tea or coffee, and no clock. The biggest critique is that the hotel staff did not enforce the COVID mask rule. Many guests were walking around in the hotel (even in the lobby) without a mask on, and the staff never said anything. One employee was seen picking up empty glass water bottles outside hotel rooms, not wearing a mask. Though we couldn't hear noise from the autobahn, we could hear the guests in the neighbouring rooms.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Also, we travelled with our dog, and there was a welcome box for him with some treats and some bowls for his food and water. We were happy with the breakfast, both for the variety and how good it was. If we travel by car, we'll book a room at the hotel again!
