Klimaanlage funktionierte gut.
Billige Ausstattung. Toilettenbrille vom Urin gelb angelaufen. Badtür defekt - nicht schliesbar. Silberfisch im Waschbecken. Nicht ortbare und unregelmäßige Brummgeräusche im Zimmer. Kein Kaffee/Teezubereiter vorhanden. Frühstückangebot nicht genommen, weil überteuert. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Hotel bei Anfragen. Keine Antwort erhalten. Kein 4-Sterne Hotel.

Haben die Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Wirklich alles (Zimmer, Flure, Frühstücksraum, Lobby) war sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, verkehrsgünstig gelegen, Nähe zur Autobahn und Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 300m zu Fuß erreichbar

The Family room is always good although I wish they would do something about their curtains in there. There are large windows at right angles and the curtains are made for a window half the size so light is a constant issue. The other window on the other wall has a curtain which is fine ....

Frühstück konnte ich zeitlich nicht in Anspruch nehmen, alles andere und alles in allem top für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Hotel wird unglaublich gut geführt. Das Personal ist vorbildlich freundlich! Besonders positiv sind mir die beiden Kollegen beim Abendessen und beim Frühstück aufgefallen. Ein großes Lob an den Service! Auch der CheckIn und Checkout war auf absolut gleichem Niveau. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Das positive Bild wurde abgerundet durch ausreichend Parkplätze rund um das Haus. Ich komme wieder!

Very nice hotel with a beautiful enbironment: park with wild life. Outdoor area next to a lake :-)

They've changed us 10€ for the parking even though we just spent 9 hours there. Staff doesn't speak or doesn't want to speak English.

We did not have hot water for more than a day and the hotel did not inform us about this. When I went, I asked, they told me yes, we don't have hot water and it is not clear when it will be connected.

The level of the service is outstanding. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent, the staff is helpful and kind. Ramon in the bar is the best. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast. Small but good menu card the evening. Staff very friendly. Convenient location, good to reach, easy car parking just in front of the hotel. Very good for business travellers, but also for bicycle travellers for example.
