Spielecke im Restaurant recht klein.
Entfernung Zimmer (Trakt Dresden) zu Schwimmbad und/ oder Kinder-Spielhalle extrem weit.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas aus der Zeit gefallen und versprüht den Charme der 70ziger/80ziger Jahre. Die baulichen und einrichtungsbedingten Defizite lassen sich auch durch guten Service nicht ausgleichen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, tolle Auswahl sehr schmackhaft. Mit keinen Kindern ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer voll funktional und groß genug, Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber dafür sind die Betten sehr Gut. Bad und Spielzimmer ein Muss mit kleinen Kindern.
9 bzw.12 € pro Nacht für das Auto ist schon recht heftig.

Angebot und Qualität des Essen im a la carte Restaurant passen nicht zum Konzept des ansonsten ansprechenden Hotels ☹. Sauna hat kein Wohlfühlambiente.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell. Sowohl das Kinder- als auch das Erwachsenenangebot war sehr gut. Die Kinder haben sich vor allem über Waffeln und frisches Obst gefreut. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Die Wege innerhalb des Hotels sind kurz bzw. nah angeordnet und Ziele sind damit schnell zu erreichen. Das Beschäftigungsangebot übertrifft bei weitem unsere Erwartungen. Unsere Kinder schätzten vor allem den innenliegenden Pool und das Spieleparadies.

Very nice apartment, very calm place, conveniently located for skiing, very nice landlord and landlady. Fresh bakery products every morning just round the corner.

Breakfast buffet was good and the room was clean. It was generally quiet and the location was nice.
Room was very, very small. Almost no room for a suitcase and luckily our dog isn’t too big.
Even though it was in general quiet, on the last evening we were surprised by some fireworks that seemed to be right outside our windows (entrance side) and scared the hell out of our dog. Not very pleasant.

The location is good. Very close to Altenberg. Swimming pool is very clean, staff is very polite. The rooms are fine for the money you pay.
That i have to pay for the parking. A girl on the reception doesn’t speak English which is unacceptable for the stuff on the reception.

Good location for hikes, good swimming pool for kids, good playgrounds for kids.
Food was not good. They don’t really speak English. Staff were highly variable from very helpful to very unhelpful. Tiny rooms and very small bathrooms.
