Clean hotel with great staff and breakfast.

No direct access to our floor.

The hotel staff was very courteous. Very near to Interlaken West train station.

There was no AC in the room.

Everything is great, the staff is very kind and soo friendly, comfortable and clean place, glad to be here.

I was hoping that the rooms would be bigger. The bed was very small and the room felt like too congested.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Great quick and easy checkin procedure with a room that had 2 bathrooms. Breakfast is a buffet type and was well cooked and a good variety of juices and cereals etc. I would use this hotel again due to the location, parking and great staff.

Be nice if their restaraunt was back up and running again.

More like a 3 star motel to me.

The Room was fantastic. I had a very modern room with some latest amenities and the terrace was almost as big as the room. It matched an excellent view of the alps. The location is good with only 400 meters from the Interlaken West Station. They have a lovely swimming pool as well and privacy can be well maintained as well.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is peaceful, but only a 5 minute walk from Interlaken West railway station. Very nice breakfast too. A memorable few days in a beautiful area of Switzerland.

Room was great, the service desk experienc too, fast and friendly

some corners of the room were a bid dusty (the shelf near the entrance, for example) I would fill the little fridge with much more water bottles :) the external look of the hotel is very very green :)

This was our second visit to this hotel, the first one took place during the pandemic. Luckily most restrictions have now been lifted. The staff was as friendly and polite as ever. We always enjoy the rather large indoor swimming pool and the proximity to the main commercial street, only 5 minutes walking from the train station but still in a quiet neighbourhood.

This time we were in the older wing of the building, which has been reformed but is beginning to show its age. For instance there was an inexplicable and dangerous step down into the bathroom. The double bed was in fact two individual beds placed together with an uncomfortable metallic barrier in between. Breakfast was just fine although I would have appreciated perhaps more pastries.
