The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing. Absolutely stunning views overlooking the mountains from our room!

the room was really cosy, clean and the view simply amazing! the receptionist Cindy was really really kind and very helpful by answering so many of our questions. We hope to be back once again!

The underground parking, the breakfast

- very expensive room for 4 people where two of the beds were on top of the room. an adult could not stand and the stairway to the beds was extremely steep. - not worth the price. you rather book two single apartments and get more out of it

The ease of reached to the place and the fantastic view and the treatment of the staff is very excellent. The breakfast was varied and had a lot of items. The spa and the gym are also available. I didn't find anything bad so I recommend this wonderful place in beautiful Adelboden

Location in the center of Adelboden with free parking and superb view from room and balcony. Large room, no noise and very clean. A bit outdated room, but given the price this is okay, everything is there. Just do not expect “boutique”. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location was very good 2 minutes walk from the bus station. Breakfast was nice, the afternoon tea and cake was very welcome.

Very charming hotel, spacious rooms, clean, very nice and kind staff. Small but nice sauna area. The outdoor post bus for fondue set up is great as well as the cocktail/bar small truck. The lights decoration is a highlight together with the gas heaters. Great atmosphere to enjoy the music and drinks.

They charge extra for using the sauna. In all the hotels we have stayed with sauna/wellness we have never been charged for using the hotel facilities. We were also not told in advance that will have an extra charge. After mentioning this, the manager was kind to remove the charges. Still as principle sauna usage should be included in the room rate, which is not cheap at all. Food is not the best. We were four guests and had the same opinion on how plain and simple the food was.
