The views were spectacular and it’s location is situated at the entrance to the most amazing mountain hiking I’ve ever done

Room could have had a refrigerator but this was not a huge problem

Breakfast was excellent, the room as well, and I liked the first floor kitchen area where you could help yourself to tea, coffee and fruit. One snag: the hairdryer had a missing end piece making it impossible to use but that was minor in the whole scheme of things. The room has very limited sockets and it would have been good to have one near the bed side table for charging one's mobile. But again, this minor. It was overall a great experience and I will certainly return.

we had a wet room as a bathroom and water did not run towards drain? as a result toilet floor was always wet until maid cleaned room

We like that there was a balcony in the room and it was very central to the city

The property was a little hard to find and the room was a little smaller than expected

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. They made the experience absolutely lovely! The room was nice modern and very clean. the location was perfectly placed.

the modern shower although was nice leaked on to the bathroom floor and I ended up using all of our towels to clean it up so we didn't fall.

+ Location was perfect to visit St Gallen's old town and Abbey, and also walking distance from the train station. + Good cold breakfast variety (more hot options would not harm though!). + Room was small but comfortable and clean.

- I woke up a few times each night when other rooms closed their doors, it was quite noisy. - I think there might be water filtering from the shower to the wood floor in the room (it was visibly darker).

Great location in the old town. Close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. our room had a small balcony which was great for a cup of tea before retiring for the night. Breakfast was very good and value for money.

Staff was very friendly, I appreciated also the public transport tickets that were offered. Location is good, breakfast was good for reasonable price. Good value for money.

The bottled water is very important specifically when it is hot. It was not replaced after the first day when room was cleaned. Also we had to sleep with open window and it was a lot of noise coming from the street during night.
