The rooms have space available. The location is also very quite. They had a good breakfast too.

It was a good place to stay driving from Italy to Belgium. You can feel it's a family hotel so staff is nice and the quality of breakfast is high.

The beds and airconditioning were two things that were not exactly what we had hoped for. But I would stay again, because all other things were very nice.

the room was very nice and newly renovated

we were upgraded , but room was facing the main road where traffic never stopped. It was extremely noisy day and night, plus church bells chiming every 15 minutes, needless to say we had a sleepless night.

Convenient location, just off the motorway south of Basel. Very clean with good service. An excellent restaurant with friendly staff.

Apart from the fact that the lift didn't service all the floors which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down stairs there was nothing we didn't like.

Exceptionally high standard for a 3 star hotel. Large comfortable room, excellent facilities, first class breakfast, free parking. Switzerland is unfortunately not cheap so this is a relatively expensive hotel in a slightly out-of-the-way location, but in all other respects is highly recommended

The motion-activated light in the bathroom is annoying (especially at night).

Restaurant was overpriced.

There was no hot water or heating for several hours when we arrived. The food in the restaurant was very limited and the meal we had (rosti which is a traditional Swiss dish) was tasteless. The room was incredibly noisy with ear plugs provided by the bed wishing me a "good night'!

They could have provided a quieter room on the other side of the hotel given they were virtually empty; I was told this room was an upgrade. Terrible nights sleep with no heating, no shower for several hours and terrible food. Breakfast was good.
