Great wellness area!
We stayed at the apartment located in the small annex building. It was nice, but we needed to walk outside each time we wanted to connect to the hotel, it wasn’t very pleasant when cold outside and using the swimming pool. A family with kids stayed in the appartement above and were incredible loud, it was impossible to rest. Unfortunately the pricing of meals is also very high- 30 euro for breakfast! Sorry, but no.

Die Zimmer im Nebenhaus sollten nicht zum gleichen Preis vermietet werde, wie die Zimmer im Haupthaus. Aber das personal war zu Kompromissen bereit auch in der „Hauptsaison“.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in Winterberg.

We hadden ook dit hotel geboekt voor de wellness alleen het massage personeel was precies onze week weg, en dat was niet gemeld. Dat was erg jammer.

Tolles,edles Hotel. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber haben uns nach dem Aufenthalt wie neu geboren gefühlt! Der Preis ist natürlich sehr stolz, aber wenn man den Wellness Bereich ausgiebig nutzt, lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall. Unser Highlight war das Personal im Restaurant. Wir wurden wirklich extrem herzlich bedient. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Es ist alles sehr teuer - aber dafür alles sehr hochwertig von der Unterkunft bis zum Essen im Restaurant.

This hotel is not adjacent to Skikarusel Winterberg ski area. You either need to drive to P5 or take the ski bus. The hotel does have a ski storage area, but it isn't very elaborate and not used very often. You're also dependent on the receptionist to open it for you.

I didnt like the breakfast anymore and when mentioning this to the reseption the way our complaint was treated

The spa is really nothing. It’s really really disappointing! The water in the pool is super cold!
I asked, and they told me it’s always cold. So if you coming to winterberg just search for other hotel. Believe me. The wellness centrum is just gardbage. Don’t understand the comments that the spa is great....
