Konumu çok iyi, otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Karşılama çok iyiydi. Odada bizi bir karşılama notu ve çok kibar bir ikram bekliyordu. Banyo çok özel hissettirdi. Resepsiyonda Shams hanım çok nazik ve yardımseverdi, bizi evimizde hissettirdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi.

Rooms were very noisey between room Requested a coffee at 6.00am as we were leaving to catch a train to leave resort for next destination .The lady in breakfast was so rude and made no effert to help After spending chf 1000 per nite for 4 nites ($1700.00 per nite) i thought this was poor

It wasn’t my first choice hotel, first day assigned room had problems with electricity issues due to construction but they gave me new room then I didn’t have issues since then but I wasted for 3 hrs of my day for that reason. didn’t get pre information regarding construction as well as electricity prior to arrival. did not like mechanical answer from receptionist front desk. also I had to ask olive oil every morning!!! not good to wait for olive oil.

The hotel is well located, just a couple of minutes to Interlaken Ost train station. We were lucky enough to have early check in and be upgraded to a suite. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was so comfy! All the staff were very nice and helpful!

the breakfast was not as good as expected.

the room was excellent, breakfast was good so was the location of the restaurant. the balcony to the room was very nice to have a evening tea, relaxing watching mountains

I was disappointed with the service I received at the hotel breakfast. The waiter was simply terrible, as I had to request hot coffee three times within an hour, but my order was never fulfilled. I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a simple order of hot coffee, especially when the breakfast was supposed to cater to guests. This greatly affected my dining experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others for breakfast service.

Dinner - we waited a long time to be servied dinner. My wife's steak was requested to be cooked medium. It came extremely rare which delayed our dinner further.

Disastrous soundproofing. it seems like the floors and ceilings have not been upgraded in their structure since the building was first built. I heard the stairs, the rooms next to me and the room above. All in all I managed to sleep less than 5 hours. I've slept better in many a youth hostel.
