Very nice, huge variety of breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet hotel. Dresden is very close with car, and a beautiful place to visit. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Dogs are allowed into the rooms, that is not good for the carpet on the long run. The morning coffee could have been a bit better quality.

I think there is the best place to stay at Meissen and explore the city. Very friendly and professional staff at reception desk and restaurant. Quite place, few minutes to the Markt. The hotel offers dinner within room price, in such type of offers dinners are simply and basic. In Goldenes Fassl dinner was at the highest level. I strongly recommended to visit it

Perfect location with free parking and excellent half-board meals. The three course evening meals were wonderfully prepared and gave the diner options from two main courses, plus the option of switching out the “sides” according to taste. Easy walk into town, or a more strenuous hike up to the Winery on the hill. Highly recommend this location for Meissen lodging.

It was a worm day and i got a room very hot. Management of the hotel did not think about giving the client a cool room. g

booked a specific room, due to coronavirus hotel closure had to bring booking forward but specifically told the room was available for the date change. on arrival then told not available so taken to a differant room, told by staff member same facilities but for us not as nice looking, paid almost 200 euros for an ok room.......addaitionlly the room was meant to be extra cleaned due to the virus, could not check in untill 4pm but the room was not so clean, dust on surfaces and a few long dark hairs on bedding, floor was quickly hoovered at best. furniture was mix matched, chipped and marks on walls. would not stay again as was over priced for a avergage room compared to what we booked.
