La chambre est propre, literie confortable. Il y avait du gel douche et savon ainsi que des serviettes à disposition. Europapark est à même pas 5 min à pieds. Très bien pour 1 nuit

Les coussins sont géants cela aurait été mieux des coussins de taille normale mais la literie reste confortable.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in den Ziegelweg bei einem nächsten Besuch in Rust. Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist doch nahe beim Europapark. Sehr netter Empfang, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Tolles Zimmer, sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Tout était parfait. Le check-in était facile et la chambre très bien décorée, parfaitement propre et confortable. Quartier très très calme et très proche du parc. Pleins de restaurants à proximité. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Nous ne l'avons pas pris, car le tarif du petit déjeuner nous semblait trop cher.

Kamer was ruim met 2 persoons bed en een extra bed voor ons kind van 10. Rustige plek midden in Rust hierdoor lekker kunnen slapen. Korte wandeling van 5-10 minuten naar Europapark en direct om de hoek enkele restaurantjes. Kamers waren keurig (redelijk nieuw) ingericht met bokspring bedden. Alles functioneerde prima. Ontbijt erbij geboekt en dat was ook prima (Broodjes, Croisantjes, Kaas, Vleeswaren, Ei, Bacon, Fruit, Sapjes, Koffie etc)

We had a late check in with keys waiting for us in a paper bag at the reception. We found the one pair of keys waiting for us under a family name which was nothing close to ours. in the morning we found out there was a “spelling” mistake which is hard to believe due to the big non similarity to our family name and the written one on the paper. So we assume that someone else took our room and the stuff couldn’t be honest with us. We opened the keys under a wrong family name assuming it is ours and the requested room we asked for in advance was not what we requested and we weren’t informed about that at all which we find very shameful if a hotel is selling a room for 4 people in one room. The toilets were not sparking clean. We indeed had a very late check in but we expected for better service and compensation for the sleepless night we had due to this non wished room we received. We recommend the facilities but the way this hotel treated us was shameful. if an hotel offers a late check in they should really take care first of all of spelling the right family name and secondly, supply the costumer wishes.
