Place are nice, staff are very welcoming with smile,reception staff very friendly with smile specially Ms.Meryem and Ms.Fatima and manager Mr.Elwy.our vacation trip in ajman hotel is perfect we enjoy.Thanks to everyone

The staff were wonderful. They gave us a free room upgrade. Wonderful beach. Rooms are nice with good balcony.

The breakfast options are minimal. Need to improve. There were no subcontinent food options and the 3 days we stayed, the spread was the same.

Mé negativní hodnocení se nevztahuje na ostatní personál. Tento byl milý a usměvavý. To však bohužel nezmírní zkaženou dovolenou.

V hotelu probíhá rozsáhlá stavba. Měli jsme mít pokoj ve 2. poschodí, z důvodu enormního hluku jsme byli přesunuti až do 7. patra. Bydleli jsme přímo nad stavbou, práce probíhali od 6.00 ráno až do pozdních nočních hodin (mlácení, drnčení strojů, řezání..). Prosila jsem zdvořile o možnost se z hotelu odstěhovat, ale bohužel mi to nebylo umožněno. Personál recepce a manažerka hotelu byli zcela nekompromisní a nepříjemní a neměli žádnou snahu se mnou situaci vyřešit. Zpočátku nekomunikovali ani s bookingem, poté jim vždy odepsali, že žádnou kompenzaci neposkytnou. Po několika stížnostech nám byly nabídnuty 4 večeře. Tyto jsme odmítli, kdybychom o večeře stáli, tak bychom si je zakoupili. Stravujeme se jinak. V době nákupu ani odjezdu nebyla nikde na bookingu zmínka o tom, že v hotelu probíhají rozsáhlé stavební úpravy. Pouze schované v textu v informacích k odjezdu bylo uvedeno, že hotel připravuje “new experiences”, avšak pod tím si nepředstavuji celodenní hluk ze stavby. Při zvýšeném hluku hotel zesiloval hudbu, takže jsme občas byli jako na diskotéce. O prašnosti ani nemluvím. Také na pláž jsme museli chodit jinam, velkou dálku, kam nedosáhl internet, který na pláži u hotelu je. Jsem opravdu velmi zklamaná. Chápu, že je třeba hotel rozšířit, ale mělo by to při zakoupení být uvedeno, aby se každý mohl svobodně rozhodnout, zda na takovém místě chce trávit odpočinek. Zejména mne mrzí, že se mnou nikdo nebyl ochotný nalézt řešení k oboustranné spokojenosti. V hotelu jsme byli již popáté a tohle pro mne bylo opravdu velkým zklamáním. Znovu sem už určitě nepojedu. EDIT: v současné době hotel dokonce lže, že kdybych si požádala o vrácení peněz, tak by je vrátili. Žádala jsem o vrácení od prvního dne pobytu, každý den prostřednictvím bookingu i osobně na recepci, hotel vždy zamítl. Je to opravdu smutné.

на ресепшен работают отличный персонал, номер сразу поменяли и заселили в номер дополнительной комфортности и выше чем этажом что я забронировала . Наш отдых с мамой прошел хорошо. Спасибо.

We wanted try this hotel and booked for standard room but when we arrived reception gave us free upgrade to higher floor really appreciate for this

I liked the beach view and overlooking on the swimming. additionally the room were nice with balcony. although the room was not spacious however it s ok

the price of the breakfast was too much. 150 Dirham was nearly 40$ is expensive for such remote hotel. having said that the breakfast was nice but not worth 40$. the hotel nightly cost is too high for such remote area

Overall stay was amazing.... Ms Elwy upgraded our rooms and was very polite and helpful. Ms Kishi also was super friendly and helpful..... She even took us to the hotel tour and suggested various water sports activities........

Great staff, always helpful and ready to help, and an amazing wide sandy beach.

25 years without renovation: everything is either very old or already broken. Rooms full of rust and mold. And it is overpriced for its condition. Area is one construction site. Nothing to do outside the hotel unless you travel to Dubai itself (2.5h in traffic by car).

Huge clean beach with nice view from room

Lovely spacious room with sea facing balcony. Super large sandy beach and great pool area. Helpful, friendly staff with a special shout out to Roslhiel, Jaysl and Meryem. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant and its super stsff.

There is some building improvement work going on which somewhat spoils the lovely view.

Wide beach area good staff and service was given by these hotel. We had a very nice dinner at zanzi bar and there are very good waiter are there. good job for reception Roshel and silverio for taking care our needs

It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and comfortable ,and their friendliness truly stood out.I found the hotel staff to be not only friendly but also incredibly helpful Especially hotel Manager Kishi .. They were always ready to assist me with any inquiries or requests I had..The cleanliness(Anwar&nirmul )and comfort of the hotel's rooms were also worth mentioning....

Meryem and Fatma at the reception were excellent - they helped me whatever I needed to. The breakfast buffet was missing some Indian food but that’s ok too.

Everything was wonderful

staff was excellent and welcoming especially Mr.Aziz reception manager who keep following our needs and stay regularly, the privacy and the location was excellent also breakfast and food quality was excellent. Ahmed also was helpful and attentive to our request thanks Ajman hotel
