Der Lobby Bereich ist super, Man kann Billard und Dart spielen, sich aufhalten und etwas trinken in gemütlicher Atmosphäre.
zu wenig Lademöglichkeiten für E- Auto und zu wenige Parkplätze. Abends findet man keinen Platz mehr.
Trotz, dass es keine Zimmerreinigung gab, ist der Preis hoch geblieben, kein Entgegenkommen.

Frühstück war wie immer top!
Beim Auschecken nach zwei Übernachtungen bekam ich trotz Nachdruck keine Originalrechnung ausgestellt, sondern nur eine "Copy". Obwohl man mir beim Einchecken etwas ganz anderes garantierte (auch bei getrennten Buchungen könne man mir die beiden ÜN auf eine Gesamtrechnung schreiben), hieß es beim Auschecken, die Rechnung für die erste Nacht sei inzwischen "vernichtet" worden. Ich denke, dass ich als Hotelgast schon ein Recht auf eine Originalrechnung habe. Diesen fehlenden Service auf das Rechnungssystem zu schieben ist äußerst schwach und für den Gast ärgerlich.

Unser Zimmer wurde anstandslos getauscht, als wir um ein Nichtraucherzimmer baten. Toller Service, super Ausstattung.
Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen ist es hier leider am Wochenende laut.

Frühstück ist kleiner geworden, war mit 20€ zu teuer, ich musste 20€ zahlen, weil ich von 2 Nächten nur einmal Frühstück wollte. Meine Freundin ist nur eine Nacht geblieben und musste 14.50€... die Logik erschließt sich mir nicht!

Room was towards a very active street. Breakfast was very good. I had in recent times three stay in Braunschweig, always in single rooms in three different hotels.Here, I found the best.

Very dirty, small room, hot water didn’t work, completely understaffed and not polite nor friendly

Central location of the hotel, spacious room, good shower
There was a small fire during thd night, we had to leave the hotel around 1pm and waited till firemen and police solved the problem, so had little sleep that night.

Excellent value, great firm bed, excellent full breakfast. Interior common spaces were dark we think due to art-i-ness of the hotel, but our room was light and airy and very clean. Nice hotel, great value, very cute town!

Lovely staff. We got a Pinball machine in our room and we loved it. Loads of fun. The old town is a stone throw away. The rain shower head was also very nice.
Pillows were too flat for my liking.

lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, pool table, friendly staff. the comfiest beds! and very spacious room. short walking distance to the center. sad we didn’t have time to try out the restaurant and the sauna! next time

Spacious & clean room, with a very nice bathroom & walk-in shower. 5-Minute walk into the heart of the Altstadt. Plenty of secure parking around the back. Would gladly stay here again in future.
