Reception, Breakfast and Friendliness are TOP. Room was very clean and extremely spacious. BEST HOTEL IN PONTRESINA. Palü, Sporthotel, Allegra are less friendly, more expensive and especially at Sporthotel most employees cannot speak German...

Amazing view from the large balcony. Comfortable and clean room. Transport free passes to the nearby towns.

Service quite bad, breakfast was very limited and constantly missing things, beds far too hard, pillows really hard, hotel should have complete facelift and it was far too expensive compared what you will get

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was lovely. The parking was very practical too.
The fan in our bathroom did not work. Breakfast should ideally be offered a bit earlier especially in summer.

The hotel is very clean and everything looked new. The location was very good and the staff were very nice & friendly.
Despite the hotel was pet friendly, during breakfast time they didn't allow us to sit in the main restaurant. We didn't even sit in another restaurant. They served us a table in a room where they allowed kids to play.

we booked the sauna and had to pay separately for bathrobe and/or slippers. sauna very tiny, for max 2 people

The deco thai restaurant is amazing. The chef came out and asked us how the food was, which was a really nice thing to do and the food was amazing.
Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were basic ( even the comfort suite)

The staff was super friendly and very responsive to requests! The second morning, upon request the previous day, they served me vegan breakfast (almond milk, almond yogurt, vegan butter and Müsli)
The bed was a bit low too the ground and basic, maybe needs a mattress topper
