The room was very spacious, super clean. The restaurant was excellent. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Very nice hotel, seems to be recently renovated. Nice and functional. Very good breakfast. Personnel has been extremely kind and welcoming. A nice surprise that there is a nice sauna: you book it and you have it all for yourself.

Bathroom was functional but tiny.

The breakfast was good and the main building was ok. The kindness of an employee that had made a big effort to give me a heater despiste she didn't speak English.

The hotel employees didn't talk English, Only German. I stayed at an apartment outside the main building. It was too cold and it was very dificult to solve this because of the language. Many problems for only one night...

Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean and well kept facilities.

Beds were a bit hard, the city did not offer much (which of course is not the hotels fault).

Excellent breakfast buffet, restaurant for dinner OK, but there are definitely better restaurants in e.g. Bernkastel-Kues (10k drive)

Everything. We had an apartment away from the main hotel, which was excellent. We even had a garage to park our motorbike.

Quiet location and a balcony outside our room

Breakfast poor... I missed the last one, but they still charged me for it. Food in the restaurant poor also, which is annoying, as there does not appear to be any competition close by. On the last day a cockroach came into the bathroom, whilst I was showering. Given that I was on the third floor, I suspect he is not alone.

smoking room (balcony) was next to non smoking room and bathroom was separated from the bedroom with hallway which has automatic movement detection lights while you want to keep it dark.

Limited menu in restaurant, whilst steak was on the menu it was unavailable on both Friday and Saturday.

Staff helped me with all my questions regarding my cycling route. The hotel is very beautiful and the sauna area is great, especially when due to Covid you have the area to yourself.

What a surprise, this hotel was better than I imagined! Spotless room and bathroom, quiet and decently comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. It had everything I needed! The on site restaurant was perfect for me as I was solo on a business trip. The breakfast was excellent and I even liked the coffee! I will definitely return to this hotel when back in the area!

Breakfast was great. The location was nice and the staff was very friendly. We bought a couple bottles of wine to bring home. The Mosel area is beautiful.

That we didn't stay another night. We didn't get the chance to travel very far around the Mosel, but plan to visit again.

A professional team, bringing without unnecessary protocol the exact service and help that is needed. They know their job well and are pleased to serve, which leaves more time for us to enjoy and save time. Also unnecessary to comment the breakfast ; that was copious and superb ! A nice idea; the small back-pack in each room, to be used during our stay. We used it for some wanderings in the region ; ask a brochure in the hotel (also for biking along the Moesel). We came for wine tastings to Wintrich, and participated in a tasting organised by the hotel; mr Franz, our speaker, is a natural ! Try the wines at the hotel ! good quality/price, especially the Rivaner and Riesling Klassisch . We will come back !

The little bungalow with its own patio was adorable. The room has a big fan for hot summer nights, well stocked with a fridge and complimentary seltzer water. Bed was comfy and the hotel is generally well maintained, updated and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was good as was the breakfast!!! Reception was amazing and staff even gave me a cold pack to soothe my foot which I had injured prior to arrival on my bike...
