Staff was kind and professional. Check-in was quick and convenient. They turned on the sauna just for ourselves which was perfect after a day of cycling under the rain. Great breakfast !! (and free of charge as first time guests)

Walking distance from station. Excellent breakfast and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful during train strike and so friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. One suggestion would be to have English tea available.

Great Central location. Friendly reception staff. Viktor helped us check in. He spoke with a mix of English and German but my partner spoke German so we understood enough. The room was a great size and clean. Cleaning of the rooms was by your choice so convenient for your plans. A few free drinks were left in the mini bar. We found it very strange that there were two rabbits that live in the reception area but,as animal lovers, we had to say hello to Bonnie and Clyde every time we passed them.

No parking available at the hotel so had to use local carparks. Although they were not too far away, it was €10 overnight so expensive for the week. The reception area was only open from 1pm. The drinks and breakfast were expensive although we were given one free breakfast. Apart from the reception staff, no other staff greeted you when entering the hotel, breakfast room etc.

I really liked the recepcionist ( Viktor ) He was very helpful and kind.

Clean. Has bunny in the looby is really eye catching and made my child happy. Clean is the key. Staffs are very friendly. Recommend.
