Wonderful; location, very clean and new facilities, the staff was so helpful and friendly, they also helped us with wonderful travel tips and places to visit. Overall, great hotel and I highly recommend it!

Excellent room, recently re-furbished, and excellent bathroom. Central location (but no on-site parking - public parking at Euro 5 per day). Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel could be better with some small changes - see below.

Breakfast layout very congested and needs improvement (but breakfast choice is good). Menu selection for main meals could be more diverse with perhaps some smaller/lighter dishes available for those who may not want a main meal? Small details would improve things - e.g. better cutlery, perhaps more uniform staff dress, waste bin in the room as well as in the bathroom and perhaps a 'smoother' style, but overall this is a good hotel and is good value.

The staff was really nice and the food was delicious! We needed a good rest for a big hike, and the rooms were really quiet.

The staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. They were flexible in accommodating my itinerary. The hotel was immaculately clean, recently renovated/remodeled, room on the top floor, back was spacious and comfortable with lots of natural lighting. Tastefully decorated. The hotel is perfectly located in the exact center of the charming town of St. Gilgen, five minutes by foot from everything. I was there for hiking, and the hotel was the perfect jumping off point. Breakfast, especially on the first morning when more people were staying there, was excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nothing really. But if I had to recommend something, I would suggest having more warm food options consistently for breakfast or perhaps make it clear that guest can order things individually. The scrambled eggs were amazing the first morning; I missed them the second.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and great food. Georgia looked after us during our stay, and she was very sweet and helpful. My mother in law was bowled over by her hospitality. Whether it was arranging dinner at a slightly odd hour or greeting us with a happy smile, at all times, she was amazing. Will highly recommend if you want to enjoy St. Gilgen, Zwolferhorn avoiding the hustle and bustle of Salzburg.

The hotel could do with an elevator, esp for those staying in the higher floors.

really nice hotel , nice location , parking public for cars really not far for 5$ euro per night , the restaurant inside was really , not too expensive (15-20 euros per person for a good meal ) , the lady at the reception (which is the daughter of the owner) was really sweet, always smiling … she is the waitress at the restaurant too , nothing bad to say about this hotel ! thank you! merci ! blagodarya! :)

Had the most wonderful stay in here. The manager of the hotel, Kalina, made us feel right at home. When you're travelling across a country you'll find hotels that will stay with you forever. This is one of them. We had no high expectations for this stay but everything was so well presented, to the minor detail. The room was super clean, we had a great view of the mountain and you could see that love was put into things. For example, the towels smelled good (not vinegarish as it is usual around Austria). The breakfast was generous and tasty. I would strongly recommend if you're around to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Drainage in the shower was slow, so it got a bit flooded.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and special. We felt like we were in a Michelin restaurant. The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable.

The hotel looks quite new and clean. All people in the hotel are very friendly, always smile. Our hotel rate includes breakfast and dinner. The stuff served us a very big portion of food to us, and always trying to make sure we are satisfied or we need more food/drinks
