Staff trained a little too much on the ‘hello’s’ - actually gets annoying. New gym is nice. Rooms a little small for the price compared to other similarly priced / rated options nearby

Good location and very close to robinson mall, very polite and smiling staff.

The location is great, it is close to the airport, shopping mall and the dental clinic that we usually go. We love the room especially the bed linens and the bathroom. And the best part, they have a excellent restaurant. We thought the breakfast is fantastic!

The place was beautiful. It was in a very convenient location. The staff was very attentive. The other guests I encountered were great. Staff was very friendly.

There were a few things I did not like. Firstly, through no fault of my own I was not able to stay there on my first reserved night. When I informed your staff, I was told there was nothing that could be done to refund any of the money spent on it. Not even a partial amount. I was told that the gym was inaccessible, then I find out on my last night that the gym was open the entire time. The jacuzzi was not working. Staff stopped me multiple times asking if I had paid causing me stress because I had to keep proving I paid through your ipay88 system. The last night I was in my room the A/C was malfunctioning causing my room to be freezing and the only solution was to switch rooms and I couldn’t because I needed to leave the next day and packing would’ve been too much. So, I had to sit freezing in the room. I thought I might die if I fell asleep so I stayed up through the night. Also, I thought there was a beach nearby but there wasn’t

Room 1122 had jacuzzi. very nice. the view was also nice. Fitness center has been fully refubished, and is very functional.

Had to move from original room on 18th floor to room 1122. The room on 18th floor, 1817, was very disproportionate. View of TV was distant and off center.

I looked forward to breakfast every day

The Hotel was quiet the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice but i would have liked a little more selection and the food wasn’t so hot perhaps if there were plate warmers it would help.

The food was warm and selection could have been a little more Filipino food would have been better.
