لا يوجد شطاف للحمام يعني النزيل يشيل هم استخدام الحمام أرجو من إدارة الفندق النظر في جدية في هذا الأمر ليس من التطور ان تلغون موضوع الشطاف شيء هذا امر غير مقبول

موقع الفندق رائع جدا ، الموظفون ودودون ورائعون يستحقون كل التقدير .

للاسف لا يوجد شطاف في دوراة المياه ، السعر مرتفع نوعا ما .

Excellent Hotel with very convenient and secure location. They upgrade my room to Business room. Room was very comfy with all related amenities. Super cleanliness. Courteous staff and good room service. Breakfast was well spread and delicious.

The staff weren’t professional and not qualified to work for 5-7 star hotel , you feel like you are monitored from the beginning, we are in the old time where the old tradition of Arab people think even the hotel belongs western culture but under surveillance of Arabic mentality. The mini bar was not checked probably and full of …..ge, the staff they don’t look to your profile and talk to you in Arabic and even you told them I don’t speak they keep talking when they call manager of duty he also spoke with you in Arabic even the supervisor knew that I don’t but he didn’t transfer the proper message to him and what irritated me the most that he didn’t speak with me in professional way he just say hi and my first name like we are in bar and drinking glass as old friend. I asked to talk to the head manager but the ignore me. Again they sent me the technician to fix the tv but also he didn’t speak English. The TV remote control was not checked and they need to change it. Only one towel for the shower. No tissue in the bedroom so every time I have to go to bathroom to get one, no trash in restroom, no toothpaste in 5 star hotel, the balcony was very dirty, the room wasn’t isolated at all so I keep awake because of my neighbor who was sick and keep coughing and sneezing all the night. And of course I don’t need to tell you about the driver ( he does not work the hotel )who steal my papers from the bag which reflects the ppl in this country. At the reception to check out even I asked the booking.com to pay now they enforced me to pay at the hotel for higher rate of currency exchange. When the last manager when I told him about it he asked for me Second chance. As neurosurgeon in my life there is ever never second chance because you will not accept mistake from me as physician so why to come back there

The location is excellent and serves my job in Amman. the room is nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. and helpful.

The whole trip in Amman is good and the hotel helped me to do what I wanted.

O quarto era muito bom, bem espaçoso, confortável. Os recepcionista super simpáticos, pessoal do restaurante italiano, também bem receptivos e simpáticos.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, não tivemos nenhuma experiência ruim.

Breakfast selection was very good. Room space & clean was perfect. I believe the location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the middle of everywhere. I have also used the spa & it was very nice very good experience

Receptionist Mr Tala, and Mr Yahya Very helpful. Pool’s restaurant very nice, Mr Malek provides high quality service and delicious food.

Nothing I liked the stay here and i will be back to this hotel if i visited Amman.

Location

The staff are very helpfull at the reception, and the room service when you ask for anything. The breakfast is very good. The pool and inside pool are big and nice.

The vallet system, for the hotel guests i beleive it should be free. Having to pay 3 4 times a day to see the vallet guy parks the car couple of meter away from us. The room was missing hand soap and towels when we did the check in, in 2 rooms and we had to call room service who seemed to wait for tip for it (in the 2 rooms), but in the following days everthing was great.

The pool and gym are always very busy with visitors from outside the hotel, we never find a proper place to sit

They made us walk from the gate to the reception in the hot sun , the room smell was bad
