Very nice location near the beach, the breakfast sets beside the pool is also very pleasant. We were satisfied during two days there.

The hotel is under renovations. Half the main lobby area closed. We should have been told before booking. Very old and uncared for hotel

It is a bit old, but it adds to the overall atmosphere. The lobby was under construction during my stay, so I couldn't enjoy it.

Great room, big, comfortable bed,nice bathroom. Checked us in at 6am. Staff are great. Pool nice with lots of sunbeds. The sports bar was ok, very expensive alcohol - but that's to be expected. Overall a good place to stay and not too far from everything.

Not much to dislike at this hotel. Might be getting a little tired but still good value.

The main advantage of this hotel its exceptional, wonderful, native Omani-styled lobby. Every minute spent there is unforgettable.

It is a pretty old hotel and its facilities mostly are ... a little bit tired. The Tuscany restaurant is good enough but it is not 5* hotel restaurant for sure. The pool is small and the bar there didn't work. The SPA facilities and the Club lounge zone are also very old and need renovation... They are not bad, but you are expecting usually a little bit more from a 5* hotel ...

the hotel was empty yet I was given a room with no balcony. I was moved once I was seen climbing out the window. I was moved rooms. The room I was moved to had a dirty mark on the bath. There was a hole in the curtain from a cigarette and in both rooms the lamps did not work. 2nd room had a fan but I could not locate the switch. it’s a beautiful location and nice size hotel but the hotel could use some updating.

there was too many men in the hotel.I think they never seen beautiful women.I stay in 4 hotel in muscst but just this hotel was for men😃

The installations are beautiful.

We had a big problem with the concierge service. They booked a snorkeling trip to the Dymaniat Islands and the van didn't show up on the day of the trip. My family waited at the reception at the time scheduled for 2 hours and the concierge told us they were coming, but they never showed up. When they finally admitted the van wouldn't show up they told us they couldn't do anything to help us. And that was the most disappointing experience I've ever had in a Hyatt hotel.

I had the pleasure of spending my vacation at this stunning hotel, and I can only say that everything went wonderfully. From start to finish, my stay was simply perfect. The hotel provided a first-class experience in every aspect. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed every meal to the fullest. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. It was evident that the hotel management is top-notch, as the staff worked with great joy and dedication. I especially want to thank Rakesh, the hotel manager, and congratulate him on his excellent team, including Asthley, Josiah,, Zaidi, Khadija, Nuwangav, as well as the talented chef. Astley is not only a lovely young woman but also incredibly sweet and attentive. It almost seemed like she could read my thoughts. Every wish I expressed was fulfilled with joy. The hotel truly offered everything one could wish for. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was always ready to make the guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. I thank you Mizanur for his wonderfull work and that he clean our room with so much attention. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Rakesh and his excellent team. They made my stay an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers luxury, first-class service, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, great location

Slight enhancement to the in room menu would be nice by adding some arabic dishes like the grills for example. Also I got a room on first floor with no view but it was only one night so it was still ok

Amazing place! The building Is beautiful. Staff super helpful.

Drinks at the pool are extremely overpriced. A bottle of water costs more than a meal!
