I had a special time.Everything is beautiful.

The access from the Kronberg station was difficult.You should take a taxi from the station. We took a taxi return pass.The taxi fare didn’t cost 10 euros.

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Great atmosphere around the castle and surroundings. Management attention provided during checkout by front desk upon the explanation of what not went well... A hotel with amazing potential if proper managed...

Stay was disturbed by a wedding celebration. Examples: no place to eat during the day, music out loud into late night, service at restaurant not well organized. Food quality at the restaurant not at a 5 start level...

Value for money at hotel restaurants was not quite there. 18€ for a bowl of lettuce was not quite the Caesar salad we expected.

the only problem we had was the ac wasn’t working in our room but the staff worked with us and got us into another room that was working ac.

the poor maintenance

The property is gorgeous. It is hard to fault. My room was on the forth floor with a view of the golf course and beyond. The decor of the room was really cute and I loved the rain shower! Big varied breakfast on offer.

Great location and beautiful building. The gardens and the surroundings are also lovely to visit and plenty of parking space available for special cars. Some of the hotel staff were excellent hosts.

Did not like the fact that even after arriving at 14.00 the restaurant was already fully booked which prevented us from having a nice meal. Instead we were left with only choice to eat on our lap from the abysmal bar menu. Not great when you are travelling with a small child. Breakfast reception did not make us feel welcome. Some of the hotel staff were horrible or untrained in the realms of hospitality.

Second time here, will definitely come back. The hotel is superb, relatively close (via Autobahn) to a lot of wonderful places.

I still struggle to understand the opening times for their Biergarten which seems to always be closed. And I would definitely suggest a bigger assortment of beer at the bar. But these are just minor points in an excellent place

The castle exterior and interior is spectacular. We enjoyed that part. However, heating is central and our room was overheated during our stay. The only way to sleep was to keep all windows open, which brought in a fly. And even then it was too hot. We decided to check out after two days. We invited family to dine at the castle. The food was excellent, and the ambiance and service are spectacular. But only dine there if money is no concern. We paid 1200 Euro (900 food, 300 wine) for 4 grownups and 2 kids. I felt 400 Euro would have been a fair price, not 900. And the two bottles of wine we had for 300 Euro were not high end.

Disappointed no WIFI or Internet connection. Specifically we are international guests and rely on WIFI for our travel arrangements, managing our trip

The staffs were really nice and I liked the building and room very much. There was a Christmas market and I also liked it.

The amenities were not enough (especially there was no toothbrush) and it was a bit cold inside. Also, there was not any Wifi connection during my stay for some reason.
