A highly convenient location for the airport, This is a well presented property with a light, airy feel and modern amenities. The rooms are large, clean and quiet.

Service in the restaurant, particularly at night, was slow. There appeared to be a slight shortage of staff.

Very clean and quiet. Excellent reception staff, nice and clean rooms. Good mattress and nice touch for the water fountain at the floor so that one does not need to be ripped off to buy a water bottle in the surroundings. Perfect to catch a flight early in the morning.

The outside of the property could use a refresh, unless the goal is to win some brutalist architecture competition.

Beds were very hard. The first room we were given at 1120pm we opened the door to find a half naked man in the room. He had been checked in ahead of us and the staff member for some reason gave us the same room key. We had one drink at the bar on arrival and despite a sign at the door advertising a particular drink for 9 Euros, we were charged 11 Euros. 22 Euros for a an Aperol Spritz and a Limoncelo Spritz.... Upon arriving home, I checked the invoice I had been emailed (I was not given the opportunity to see it when I checked out) to discover I had been charged 50 Euros for something in the hotel restaurant. However, we had not dined in the hotel restaurant - in fact we had not even walked into it. Finally, despite being the only people at the bar, we waited 15 minutes to be served by the bar tender who kept finding other things to do beyond serving us. Not a great experience.

Transfer shuttle great Spa was lovely. And the ice machine and cold water dispenser was a great bonus especially when the mini bar was closed.not sure why. Coffee facilities ok but would prefer Nespresso type quality for the price

The bed was comfy

The coffee machine in the room was broken. Many options and sachets of sugar but hardly any milk. I was not offered help with my bags upto my room. I told a female staff member when i checked out that my mobile phone had died and I was waiting for my dad and sister to pick me up, I asked her to tell them on arrival I was in the restaurant having breakfast. She walked off the desk and didn't communicate to the other staff members, leaving my family to panic of my location. 20 mins later after my sister had gone upto my room, gone to reception twice did she find me. Not happy at all

Close and convenient for the airport. All the hotel employees I interacted with spoke some English and reception staff spoke food English. Excellent dinner and bar, a good menu choices and breakfast was very good.

I ask for no feathers when i booked but they gave us room with feathers then when i spoke to the front desk it took 90 minutes before she brought new bedding but unfortunately that also had feathers - we had to sleep on the mattress using a towel for a cover and our clothes as a pillow - we barely slept and were worn out.

The suite was exceptional, comfortable, jacuzzi bath and large walk-in shower.

The breakfast was the weakest link. I would have expected a bigger range of food, especially fruit and cooked food options. Also, the sauna and steam room needed to be switched on when I got there, which meant I had to wait an hour before they were hot. Reception had told me that these rooms are hot all the time. I would have also liked more choice of TV channels (English ones).

Absolutely perfect, this is the best hotel for long layover flights. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff are incredible they helped me out in several ways including printing out my visa for Lybia and paying for my airport taxi (it was raining). I left in the morning feeling fantastic which is so important after a long 2 days of travelling and another couple more to go. This will be my go to hotel whenever I'm in Toulouse.
