They have a very nice Spa!

The rooms are a bit old and can use a renovation (especially the bathroom) also no tea or coffee in the room Except the coffee I did not really liked the breakfast There is no private parking

Nothing really , I was told that they didn’t have a reserved parking but there was one free next to the hotel !!! Snag it was full , had to drive around to finally find a space in a back street . I phoned the day prior my arrival to book a massage !! Samantha told me last massage at 2pm , then I enquired about the spa ? She offered me a spot at 10pm !!! Right !!! In the evening I went to the lounge to have a drink !! The glass was as big as a small vase !!! Pretty with a gallon of ice it was 3 degrees Celsius outside and rainy I had to ask to have some ice removed by a member of staff which I had to summon as he was eating at the back !! He proceeded to remove the ice with a scoop hence half the gin !! Figures out of season and they do this on front of me !! I can imagine in a busy period no one would be the wiser .

The room was stifling, I am a singer and came to the hotel as I was recording with my band live in a theatre in the town !!! Couldn’t sleep the duvet was wrapped in a top sheet which I battle with half the night !! No water on offer I had to pay from the mini bar !!! Frankly I have stayed in lesser rated establishments that care about what they offer , my impression is that they just didn’t care .

the staff were very friendly. the food was very good.

Early on in the 4 day trip I had to change plans and cut short my stay by one night. Even though they had more than the 48 hour notice there was no refund for that night and the man said that was because of the booking site. Very disappointing after they told another lady told me they could, not happy about that as I travel a lot of places and this is not a problem as with work things change quickly.

Clean and accommodating. The staff made an effort to speak English to us.

A swimming pool would be ideal.
