The room is quiet big , clean and very comfortable. What I prefer only that we could have a kettle in the room.? Otherwise everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great, close to the airport, big room.

No Kettle in the room, can't make tea and coffee. 10 min walk to the closest bus stop, not possible to park a scooter or a bike.

I didn t enjoy my stay at all.

Even thought the Hotel It s 2 km away from airport, Google Maps actually gives a 22 min. Walk option and they SELL themselves as a "Airport nearby Hotel", It s PHISICALLY imposible to arrive without a car or shuttle !! I wonder why they NEVER especifie that on NONE the Hotel descriptions. Sounds pretty convenient, doesn t It ?

Wi-Fi was poor. constantly dropping especially on the evenings. toiletries provided but it would have been an added benefit if a kettle was provided so that at least you can get a hot drink in your room.

We landed late in Pisa and it was after midnight when we arrived at the hotel. Night staff were very accommodating and efficient and the room was just what was required at that time. We left esarly the next day, but once again the breakfast was good and certainly enjoyed the coffee. They helped to secure a taxi from the front desk. Its position near the airport could not be faulted.

There wasn't an open bar in the hotel or nearby when we arrived. It would have been nice to celebrate our arrival there with a nightcap. Wasnt too enamoured with the industrial estate it was situated in.

Location was good for access to airport and train station. Breakfast was fair.

Room was basic with poorly stocked mini bar. WiFi poor.

The tall woman that thinks she's a boss, that came to the breakfast room and turned off the lights for all the remaining people sitting and eating there, maybe you should overthink your breakfast hours? and maybe that lady can come to Switzerland and take a course at one of our well known hotel management schools to learn about hospitality? worst experience in a hotel ever!
