The main entrance has many stairs. If you came with suitcases is very difficult to access the reception. The exit to the parking is by stairs too. I was affected by Covid and from the hospital we called the hotel to know if will be any problem for the last night. When my wife returned they say that's the last night then Ok But they turned off the heating and in the morning there was no hot water to shower.

The location it's great during summer season because it is close to the beach. We visited Rimini in December and the area was full of Christmas lights and decorations, really nice Xmas vibes. It's a bit far from city center, but if you enjoy walking it's ok. Location is ok, we took bus number 9 from airport to railway station and then bus no 11 which took us in front of the hotel, also you can walk from railway station for 15 minutes in order to reach the Vespucci street. The Bonelli bus stop to San Marino is also close, on the same street with the railway, in front of Napoleon Hotel. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, not boring. Everyday I could eat something totally different from the day before. I enjoyed the fresh fruits pineapple and melon. There are many restaurants in the area where you can eat lunch or dinner, The room was perfect size but it was outdated, the bathroom is quite large and it was updated, all new. Otherwise is clean, the towels and bed sheets were daily changed, the room was cleaned daily. Still the cleaning process on the floor starts early in the morning and you can hear the noise from vacuum cleaner. The staff from reception and breakfast room were very kind and provide us support every time we requested something. Overall, the price we paid was fair enough for our stay. I would say it is a 3 stars hotel, not 4.

We wanted to warm up the room, especially when we came back to the hotel after a long December day walking in the city. Unfortunately, the room's heating system was set somehow and it doesn't provide much hot air even if we increase the temperature from the panel. The room furniture is from the 80's and the walls are also old fashion decorated.

Good location, nice staff, good breakfast

In the period when we travelled (mid-July), there were a lot of young graduates in the hotel and they made a lot of noise during night. Of course, this was not the hotel’s fault. We had some problems with the water pression at the beginning, but it was solved. The negative aspects were caused by punctual circumstances, so all good overall.

the hot water in the shower had a bit of low pressure, I imagine it’s because of the shower timing. No big deal though

The secure car parking is good

We stayed here a couple of years ago and rated it superb. We booked again for May this year, my wife was taken ill during the journey and we had to cancel to return home. Our booking was charged to us because we were over the cancellation time despite our saying that we were returning in September, this trip. On arrival we were told that the air conditioning had broken down and we were offered an “equivalent” across the road. The “equivalent” was not the same standard we had booked, it was ok only. All in all, disappointing.
