La pensione è in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Mestre. Ci sono treni davvero ogni 5 minuti per Venezia Santa Lucia e si arriva in 10 minuti. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile interno. Staff eccezionale, gentile, premuroso. Ci hanno indicato cosa fare, ci hanno fornito la mappa di Venezia e dato tutte le info. Abbiamo fatto il check in la sera ma sono stata gentile a farci parcheggiare l'auto in mattinata così da non perdere la giornata a Venezia. La camera era pulita, ordinata e luminosa, con due finestre. Il bagno comodo ma avrebbe bisogno di essere un poco modernizzato. Ci vorebbe una ristrutturazione alla palazzina, la parte interna con le scale. Magari togliere la moquette molto consumata così come è stato fatto nelle camere, dove non c'è moquette. Questo darebbe una boccata d'aria.

Everything was perfect, the staff is very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minuteswalking from the train station with trains to Venice every few minutes.

The owner is very helping. Well located by the train station within walking distance. The supermarket, fine restaurant is easy to find.

The reception people were very friendly and competent and had many suggestions about things to do in Venice. They also made restaurant reservations for us. Parking was possible for free at the premises. The location is very close to the train station and several restaurants are within a few minutes walking time.

It was quite loud in the evening, it would be good to require all guests to be silent after 10pm, e.g. by posting house rules.
