Alles Top…schon alles etwas älter aber sehr gut in Schuss
Gibt es nix zu Meckern. Nur ich konnte Aufgrund eines Krankenhausaufenthaltes erst einen Tag später anreisen , aber es gab kein entgegenkommen des Hotels zwecks Verschiebung des Termins oder einer Gutschrift.

Spacious room with balcony looking onto a beautiful tree. Location was perfect 4 mins to the sea promenade Kordon and lovely fish restaurants and about 15-20min walk to the old market and Agora. The large clean swimming pool and bar was a lifesaver in the middle of the 35c degree days. All staff were exceptional and the art work added interest.

Location is great. Food is superb (if they deliver), they forget to bring mine for 2 hours...
Room service did not come for 2 hours (had to cancel).
They tried to spray my room for insects while i was in the room, they simply opened the room and 2 man entered the room very nonchalantly. While asking visible upset about the situation i was told i should have put the "do not disturb" sign if i want not to be disturbed. I have asthma by the way and i don't know what would happen to me if i wasn't in the room to stop that.
The line for reception was very long had to wait 10-15 minutes for check out.
This is advertised as a room with balcony but it was a french balcony after all, where you can barely stand. They definitely should clarify the balcony situation.
How is this a 5star experience and Swiss hotel level of quality is beyond me. What a waste of my time...

Very comfortable and everything provided.
Expansive and clinical feel wasn't so appealing and housekeeping kept opening my door for "checks". Concierge was responsive to questions but otherwise uninterested.

Breakfast was a good variety but they were very short staffed so the service was very slow. We waited for a cup of tea for over 15 minutes.
The cleaners didn't clean the rooms on time or replace Amy of the water tea bags or milk powder at times. So I wouldn't say this was a 5 star hotel i would rate it as 3 star. We raised a complaint with the Conser there and she was extremely rude and wasn't helpful at all.

As usual Swiss hotel Izmir is one of the best hotels not only in izmir but regional. .Due to the professionalism of all staff with exemptions i can't find any negative feed back. Great facilities,best food and variety of restaurants, spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping,best location,best spa and gem and indoor outdoor swimming pools. Thanks to all the staff that make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is in a position to allow the guest to visit the best part of the city. Breakfast is delicious and there’s a wonderful sporting center and SPA. I forgot my earphones in my room, and I got all the needed support to have them back. Perfect

Great hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the service excellent.
I had 2 issues: my shower wasn't working properly and AC never cooled down to the temperature I wanted. I woke up hot every night.

premium hotel , excellent location (also for runners) , good breakfast , spacy rooms with balcony , if your room has a view to the backyard , it is even better. you have anything you need in your room. wifi is excellent , parking is free and the restaurant in the top floor is quite good
you'll have to walk a lot in the hotel to reach your room , or from your room to the breakfast area , restaurant or to the SPA. it doesn't bother me but it is what it is.

Beautiful hotel and staff were exceptional. Food in the restaurants was delicious.
I booked this hotel as it had a pool and gym. When we arrived the staff confirmed on reception the times the pool was open for me. However, the pool was closed for refurbishment... For the whole period I was there. They did send dumbells to my room to use, but certainly not the same as training in a gym setting. I was very disappointed.
We also experienced a few power cuts during our 10 day stay. Nothing major and it was rectified swiftly.
