Hotel je krásny, veľký, poloha pri lanovke je super, wellness je na vysokej úrovni. Gastronómia super, jedlo tiež. Izby sú staršie, ale majú všetko, čo by mali mať. Detský kútik je fantastický, avšak - viac v mínusoch nižšie.

- Parkovné, pri takýchto cenách ubytovania by malo byť v cene, resp. zadarmo. Priplácať si a ešte aj podľa toho, či je strážené alebo nie, je absurdné. - Detský kútik je nádherný, čistý a veľký. Avšak otváracie hodiny asi vymýšľal niekto bezdetný - od 10.00 hod. do 19.00 hod. To je veľmi neskoro na otvorenie a veľmi skoro aj na zatvorenie. Ako mínus hodnotím aj mimoriadne nepríjemnú pani na recepcii detského kútika. Animačný program nehodnotím, žiadny sme za 3 dni nevideli. - Ani postieľka, ktorú sme hlásili vopred, nebola nachystaná, ani detský župan, sme nemali. Check in je striktný - na izbu sa skôr ako o 16.00 nedostanete, čo je dosť neskoro.

We liked the gastronomy . breakfast - food, large options, tasty food. We also liked the hotel bath,

We didnt like the details in the room because it should be 4 star hotel. Torn curtains, old dirt on the sink, damaged wall paint or wallpaper etc... We also didnt like very hot floor in sauna, worldwide are used wooden floors in sauna ´cause of the heat, in this hotel a tile which burns the feet if entered barefoot. Also very sharp edges of the stairs under water in the hotel pool - very easy to get hurt. In the hotel bad looking carpets, non working lift. Pics available in case of the interests. We are sure this hotel corresponds to max. 3 stars. Also bad point to face a parking fees after arrival. They shall be happy we accommodated there however it was added 10 Eur parking fee at non-camera covered park place... Also applied extra fees for using sauna in the hotel.

Great spa and relaxation zone. Near chair lift and thermal pool / beach zone. Relaxation zone is extra charge. Regular pool is included in room charge.

The hotel relaxation, pool and spa area as well as lobby are fantastic but rest of hotel needs an upgrade.

Room size, tables, balcony, and view. The sauna was good. Also big plus for included breakfast. They was looks like very great and sound, and healthy.

As for me little bit strange when hotel have big empty parking and guests should pay for this parking in not season. I can't understand why guests should pay in no season

The free spa area had wonderfully warm pools. Very comfy bed and decent breakfast.

The only thing that has been good with this hotel is the location. Near Krupówki and with nice mountain view.

Where to begin with...Firstly, the staff and customer service has been so unprofessional (both at the reception and the facilities). Especially a lady with glasses in the restaurant during breakfast (supervisor) - she was so rude and cynical - to be fired or sent to customer service training instantly. Secondly, the hotel itself - it is advertised as a newly refurbished, but that's not true - only the reception is new. Most of the rooms are old (look like from the year 2000). I do not recommend and I agree with other comments that price to value is a total disaster.

Very good food, nice stuff.

Highest 7 floor noisy because of the engines for 3 lifts. Reservation made for 2 adults and 9 year old child in room with big bed but had only 2 pillow and 2 blanket. Bathroom with toilet without active suction! Only passive hole in the roof.

The breakfast has a large selection of pastries, breads, cheese, salads, coffee and juices. The spa is amazing, it’s not as big as I thought but it never gets crowded. The room is a little bit disappointing as the beds are two single beds together and the furniture is a bit outdated.

Great service, nice location for those who comes to ski. Good breakfasts, everything is discussable, for e. g. there is a possibility to invite friends to spa zone (who is not a hotel resident). Will come back in the future.

Had to get used to the pillow, apart from that everything was great. Food and drinks in the bar could be cheaper and can be comparable to the UK prices.

location is amazing and so is the restaurant. good facilities all round. the spa is very nice and excellent value.

we were not allowed to store ski boots and jackets in the storage room , it was very hard for me to dress 2 of my young kids and take all of their items back to the room this hotel is not a SKI focused hotel unfortunately, but we came exactly for skiing the storage room worker was not nice

Great view from our room 234 , room was nice and warm during our stay, plenty of space in room. We ate 3 times in there A-la-carte restaurant and the food was amazing !

Bedroom looks tiered, black out blinds/curtains do not close fully , letting light in early morning. Shower was good but was leaking from the shower hose.
