I had in a small bag Ryan Ban Sunglasses which were all the time in the hotel. when I got home i saw that the glasses were not in the bag. Someone took them out of the bag while I was there. I called the hotel, spoke with the reservation about it . They never called me back. I wrote an email to the hotel maneger. no answer. The sunglasses price was EU 170!!

Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Showers good. Swipe card access worked every time - no problems. Staff were courteous, efficient and pleasant. Wifi was easy to access and worked well. Personally, I was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere of the establishment.

I could find no fault. Checkout was swift and efficient. I would stay at this hotel again.

The Hotel is clean and has a modern lounge/bar area with nice decor. Marco the bartender is very friendly!

When we checked in we were told by Mariano at the front desk that our room came with breakfast, which was a surprise as we weren't expecting this. The next morning we went for breakfast and as we'd started eating a staff member came over and said that breakfast wasn't included in our room. Despite being contradictory to what we were told at the desk this wasn't an issue as at 15 Euros pp its reasonable priced. Following breakfast whilst sat in the room realaxing at approx 1000 I was sat on the bed reading a book whilst my partner was getting changed when we heard a knock on the door followed immediately by someone unlocking the door and opening it with a key card. It was house keeping; they had just barged into the room unexpected and walked in on my partner changing. Now, I understand this is generally the time of the day house keeping happens in a hotel, but I'm sure it's logical to wait for an answer before barging into a hotel room. So now we're at two inconveniences, being told we have to pay for a breakfast we were told was free and our privacy being invaded by housekeeping.The following day we were woken up to the sound of drilling and banging at approximately 0700. Once again, I understand that hotels constantly undergo maintenance but surely you'd schedule to do it in the late morning/early afternoon. Then at approx 1000 whilst truing to relax in the room we get a bang on the door, I open it and it's a gentleman who exclaims to me in Italian and then walks away. From how he was dressed, it appears that he was linked to the maintenance. This incident brings us up to three inconveniences. I then do an obligatory online banking check, as one should always do when abroad to make sure they haven't been a victim of skimming or ridiculous conversion charges etc. and I notice that I have been charged twice by the hotel for the stay (so £340 x 2).

Breakfast is ok, and staff is also very nice. It is highly cost effective

Tower heating can not be used. Staff didn’t remind me how the garage door open, which hurt my car finally :(

Excellent clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Hotel is located in the city outskirt but there is quick access to M1 metro line, it takes literally 20-25min to get to Duomo.
