Die Lage des Hotels am Rand der Altstadt ist einfach perfekt für jegliche Unternehmungen in der Innenstadt. Für uns war alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und es gab sogar eine kleine Couch, wenn man sich mal entspannt hinsetzen möchte. Mit dem vorhandenen Wasserkocher nebst Zubehör kann man sich einen Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und es gibt Behälter mit Shampoo, Duschbad und Körperlotion. Aber die Krönung des Ganzen ist das Frühstücksbuffet. So eine reichhaltige Auswahl sieht man äußerst selten - wir waren schwer begeistert. Sollten wir nochmal nach Breslau/ Wrocław fahren, dann würden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Die Lage ist perfekt für alle diejenigen, die nach der Ankunft weitestgehend zu Fuß unterwegs sein wollen. Im Grunde liegt es direkt am Ring. Mit Ausnahme vom Zoo und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten (Jahrhunderthalle, japanischer Garten) oder dem Skytower lassen sich alle touristischen Highlights fußläufig erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man selbst vom Partylärm der umliegenden Gassen nichts mit. Das Personal ist freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, die Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen.

Da gibt es nichts. Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes waren tagsüber Bauarbeiten. Darüber wurden wir jedoch im Vorfeld informiert und da wir im Grunde nur zum Schlafen im Hotel waren, haben wir vom angekündigten Baulärm nichts mitbekommen.

abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e dopo la prima notte non è passato nessuno a sistemare la camera e a sostituire gli asciugamani

Very central in the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Value for money. It is being refurbished during the day but i was advised by frequent mails. It did not bother us. When works are done, it will be an exceptional hotel in the middle of beautiful Wroclaw

It was in a great location and the room Was quite big. Toiletries in the bathroom were a nice extra. Also bottles of water daily free of charge

Only one pillow on arrival but this was soon sorted. The shower screen didn’t have a seal so water went on the floor when using the shower. Only one pair of slippers in the room but I had brought my own. The aircon turned its self on during the night even though we turned it off. The view from the room wasn’t great 3 skips full of stuff rubbish from the job going on next door. The spa wasn’t open but was due to reopen in March 😳

Hotel befindet sich im Umbau, man muss mit Einschränkungen rechnen.

Die Lage war exzellent, gleich im Zentrum.

La cercanía al centro de la ciudad

Las habitaciones eran pequeñas, no incluía desayuno aún siendo un 5 estrellas. La cama vencía al medio. Había mucho ruido en la calle y se escuchaba en la habitación. También la ducha tenía muy poca presión.

Perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptplatz. Schöne große saubere Zimmer. Sehr üppiges und gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Dogodne położenie hotelu. Parking pod budynkiem (trochę wąsko dla dużych aut). Śniadanie na odpowiednim poziomie.

Słabej jakości materac, zużyty. Braki w drobiazgach np. jedna para kapci , cienkie ręczniki , słabej jakości papier toaletowy , brak chociaż małej łyżki do butów..., ale to właśnie jest w hotelach z 4 gwiazdkami ... Dlatego uważam, że kategoryzacja hotelu jest zawyżona , sam metraż pokoi nie wystarcza.

Location. Right beside main square. No more than 15 min walk to any of the sights,shops,restaurants. Room was clean. Bed was huge. We were able to leave our bags in storage for a few hours on the day of checkout.

There was a bar of some sort but not very attractive. It wasnt really an issue as we were exploriing the city anyway. Spa and leisure facilities were unavailable due to renovations. Other than that we were not inconvenienced.

Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Ablagemöglichkeit für den Kulturbeutel. Nett war auch der kleine Divan im Zimmer.

Das Fenster ging zum Hotellobbyhof, insofern war lüften nicht möglich. Wie in fast jedem Hotel gab es auch hier nicht ansatzweise ausreichend Kleiderbügel.

Super location. 2 minutes walk from old town square Bedroom was clean and comfortable. teas, coffees and bottled waters were replaced daily.

Breakfast was a bit pricy at 70PLN each. There are some lovely eateries for breakfast within a short walk of the hotel, which we prefered. There was some construction work going on in a neighbouring building, but this didn't disturb us too much. It didn't start until after 10am and was finished by 6pm.

Kiepski stan wizualny pokoju i łazienki - stare meble, popękane kafelki i brudna ściana w łazience, słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu (ledwo leciała), brak ekspresu do kawy w pokoju.

This hotel has a very good localisation and easy to access car parking... and that's all about the positives. The rest is only bad.

First of all, personnel was not helpful and not polite. We came with our friends who has "zombie flight". They asked hotel several days before for early check-in. When they arrived they were informed that due to the big number of guests it is not possible. In fact, during our two days stay we didn't see this "busy" huge numbers of visitors. Air conditioning in the room was not working, was very noisy and not able to reach expected room temperature. water pressure in the shower was so low, that it was hard for me to wash my hairs, I can just imagine how hard it can be for someone with longer hair. Same time in the water tap (bathroom) it was not possible to use normal warm water, it was either very hot either cold. Just after we book this room, we received information, with excuses that there is some reconstruction going on and during the week days there can be some noises - but really at 7:30 a.m. On top we were informed that SPA is temporary unavailable - in fact (when I check latest comments) it is not working since last December. The worst experience in hotel or B&B stays since few years. We came to enjoy weekend in Wrocław and likely this City can offset this almost nightmare hotel. And yes maybe I'm exaggerating a bit - but we are talking about 4 stars hotel not motel somewhere on the side of the highway. I can't say bad word about the breakfast, simply I think that in the city like Wrocław there is a plenty of good places to eat breakfast or/and brunch so I don't want to have them inside the hotel.

Poor service, non existent customer service, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, noisy environment, hanging cables, very old bathroom amenities.

Great location. Good size, modern rooms. Big bed, very good quiet air conditioning. Fridge in room also.
