Breakfast was very good , scrambled egg excellent, staff was very friendly and so helpful .The restaurant served vey good food and wine . Our room was very comfortable especially the bed.

Quality of food in restaurant for dinner was very disappointing and expensive but good breakfast. Staff were not as pleasant or helpful as one would expect. About 2km outside Monteriggoni and 1km off the via francigena along a busy road, more suited to those with a car

I booked this Hotel by mistake. We were on the Via Francigena, the Hotel was a little out of our way. It turned out to be a very comfortable stay after being drenched in a Thunderstorm. The room was large, tastefully decorated the bathroom was fine too. Our room had a lovely patio with view of the garden and large swimming pool. We had an excellent diner at the hotel, a great surprise. Professional waitstaff that recommended an excellent wine, not always the case in Italy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Percorso benessere really is not worth worth the money, not well organized and not what you would expect in the establishment. Definitely avoid.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel (more like a 3 star). Rooms are not very big (booked the Deluxe!). Two single beds put together but blankets are not king size so they don’t fit the bed properly. Pillows very hard. Shower not great (over bath and water always leaked on floor). No sockets near bed. Slippers and bathrobe were mentioned as included in booking but they were not provided in room - had to ask at reception. In general, staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Lots of groups at the hotel so sometimes not much left for breakfast.

proximity to Tuscany , dinner was nice and breakfast fine with lots of cakes and sweets, cereals , ham and cheese , eggs ,, nice pool and gym .. spa is okay although you have to pay extra to use the spa facilities (at 30 euros it needs to be high quality ) and pay extra for a pool towel (that’s unbelievable) thé réceptionnât was most helpful and gave good advice on wineries and area etc

the room was dated , having to pay extra for pool towels and spa is a little crazy as many people as just passing through

Where to start - we got a family room with pool view. The pool is a perfect size for the number of the guests. The room is really clean. The breakfast was perfect and the staff is taking care that there is always enough from everything. It was really nice after a day trip in the surrounding area to jump in the pool and to have some cocktails.

The AC is a bit old and sometimes when we wanted to switch it off in the night was a bit tricky.

we were quite disappointed with the place. we had booked for three nights, unfortunately non refundable, but decided to leave after the first night spent in the hotel.

The whole structure is old and outdated. The breakfast was poor and disappointing. The bathroom was extremely basic, very cheap soap and shampoo(actually it was the same thing for everything) and the beds extremely spartan and uncomfortable.

the venue was good enough, not really meeting 4 stars hotel level. Quiet, romantic, nice staff. Close to many places to visit by car. Not ideal without car.

Very, very noisy conditioned air system during the night. Gym room not well maintained, poor services in it. SPA very limited and small and not included in the room rate and with very limited offer; usually this size of SPA is included in 4 stars hotel price. The room for massage was terrible, without any air, very hot and humid. Good restaurant with medium quality but the menu was always the same and in one week staying was not really as expected. Breakfast okay but anything special. The rooms located at the back are very dark and the area outside not well equipped, not well maintened and comfortable. The ground area around the swimming pool not well maintened and cleaned, a lot of cigarette filters on the ground because of ineducated guests and the swimmining pool not so well maintened with broken sunbeds. Some hydromassage beds located into the swimming pool not well running. Wii-fi very weak.

A beautiful place to stay with the kids. very clean and spacious family rooms. Also a very nice pool. Great breakfast.

Seems to be minimal staff on, waited at the bar for a drink and gave up after 10 mins. The staff weren’t very engaging or seem very happy compared to other places we have stayed at. Other than that the place is great.
