Not a very pleasant welcome , very long and made other customers pass in front, many interuptions ... furniture in the room a bit old-fashioned expensive ...

The only reason my overall score is 2 instead of 1 is that the breakfast was ok. The staff on breakfast and cleaning duty duty were also friendly and helpful.

Staff on reception were shockingly rude and unpleasant throughout our stay. The walls were also very thin and the room facilities were below expectation (I.e., no kettle etc).

Lovely staff on the front desk and maids always greeted us. Very spacious rooms with mini fridge and good toiletries. Bed was super comfy and curtains were completely black out. Plenty of sun beds so no worries about not getting a bed.

Slightly slow check in due to only 1 staff member. The stay was a little expensive to not have breakfast included but was available to buy. No kettle in the room.

Breakfast had a decent cold selection and a good amount of fruit and fresh juice. The room was pretty large and clean. Bed was large and clean.

The room was a bit dated but large, the bed was pretty hard, and the pillows were a bit lumpy but not the worst, fine if you're a back sleeper, no wash cloths which was a bit strange. Wifi was terrible, the paid wifi was almost as bad. Constantly dropping connection and not fast enough to stream from especially in the evenings when more guests were back at the hotel. If you rely on wifi for work that requires more than text emails maybe look somewhere else. The pool was ok, buzzing in and out of parking every time was a pain, but parking was secure with a sealed garage. The gym was a bit bare and could do with heavier weights, I imagine they're all light from a liability standpoint. It's fine for a simple workout. The staff were pretty formal, wouldn't say they were welcoming or rude but ideal to be replaced by robots or self-check-in machines.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and helpful. Despite visiting the first week of March, the outdoor pool area was spotless and well looked after. The beds were super spacious and comfortable. Complimentary crisps and nuts with drinks!

The room decor perhaps slightly outdated with the wooden floors/furniture, floors very worn.

Hotel was very well maintained and overall excellent quality and value. Parking very good and secure management. Euro 16 per night a bit expensive. Beautiful modern restaurant/breakfast room with very high quality buffet set up extensively laid out - no queuing really excellent. Rooms excellent only one remark the great parquet/wood floors if used must be well maintained/polished otherwise will show great amount of scratches which impair the overall look. So please treat them regularly. Staff very friendly and professional. Definately will stay again.

Parquet floor in bedrooms not good-looking some more maintenance on the wood needed or introduction of small rugs. The two pillows on the beds were very high and very low. Small changes in both to lower and raise.
