Trato del personal y limpieza. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de trenes y a diez minutos del centro. Zona muy tranquila y con todos los servicios. Muy buen desayuno. Ducha estupenda

Erem un grup de 8 persones practicant ciclisme, ens va costar molt agilitzar la dutxa a l'arribada tot i haver pagat un suplement per sortir més tard de l'habitació,

El desayuno es variado y permite poder elegir si comer dulce, salado, avena, cornflakes, frutos secos, fruta fresca de temporada, zumos, mermeladas, pan (maíz, centeno, blanco, de molde), embutidos, aceite de oliva, etc.
Lo peor del hotel sin duda, las camas. Llevo alojándome en este hotel intermitentemente desde hace 4 años y esta vez hemos dormido fatal, tanto mi acompañante como yo. Las camas tienen mucho uso y siendo la función de descanso la principal de un hotel para poder recuperarte, me parece una vergüenza el estado en el que están. Además, en esta ocasión nos alojaron en una de las habitaciones reformadas, que no tiene moqueta y han puesto plato de ducha, pero se ve que lo más importante lo han dejado de lado. No puedo recomendar el hotel a nadie porque no se descansa, yo hoy estoy molida y mi acompañante ha tenido migraña por no haber dormido apenas y no ha podido desayunar siquiera pese a que ya lo teníamos pagado y no teníamos que abonarlo a mayores de la reserva.

La calefacción estaba muy alta y hacia demasiado calor, y no se podía bajar.

Me gusto el desayuno. El personal es muy amable y conocedor de su ciudad. La recepción es ágil. Y la ubicación permite una rápida comunicación con el centro de Oviedo y con los monumentos prerrománicos del Naranco.
La dificultad para aparcar en los alrededores, Si bien el hotel dispone de parking me pareció un poco caro. Las habitaciones que no dan a la avenida están a falta de claridad exterior.

Great clean and spacious hotel, with a cute bar in front of it. Rooms are large and fresh, and staff was very helpful. Didn't get to try the pool but it looked nice.

Comfortable bed. Good quality linen and towels. The location is good for doing the mini Camino walk up the mountain.
The gym is very small. No kettle in the room to make coffee. The shower in the room is not great, no hair conditioner. The breakfast room has no windows, not a great selection of hot food. No instructions given for ringing reception, no labels on the phone. No room service (assuming as we weren't informed). Little information on what to do.

Super comfy bed, nice bathroom and large room in general. Walking distance to center, restaurants, station and with the view of Naranco mountain. Very friendly stuff

breakfast was good but for ~10€/Person you can have an excellent breakfast elsewhere in Santander, as the coffee is not the best and much is pre made - next time better without.

We were travelling by bicycle and we discovered that this hotel had a facility (for a small fee) to securely store the bikes overnight. This heavily influenced our decision to stay here as some other hotels don't or won't help in this way.
The room was good, just as you'd expect from a big hotel chain. Slightly lacking in character, but no problem for a single overnight stay. We didn't use the restaurant or have breakfast so can't comment on that.
Well, you had to book a slot in the pool (fair enough) but even though it was advertised as heated to 26 or 27 degrees it was far too cold for me and I don't think it was heated to that extent. I didn't go in, nor did some of the other guests who had booked a slot at the same time, for the same reason.

Very good choice for me after Camino. I slept very well, I used the swimming pool and enjoyed the great breakfast. I recommend it!
