Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great location just off the Plaza Mayor. Very helpful staff.

Good location clean room very comfortable bed

Access a nightmare! Carpark acess by lift a nightmare do not even try to park in the private parking unless you have a mini or are a very very good driver.. luckily one of us was! The receptionist was helpful but had NO english we got by with my moderate Spanish. We did not have the free bottle of water or the bathr robes and slippers our friends had and it took me a very long time to explain to the receptionist in my best and not too bad Spanish that we had not had these in our room to start with and was concerned we might be charged with stealing them!! I am hoping she understood!!!

clean rooms. easy to get to from the station. very central

As a 4 star hotel expected tea/coffee facilities.no bar or public space.

There was no water in some floors in the morning. Staff was not helpful and unfriendly and did not provide any alternative like another room with a functioning water.

Great located hotel, spacious, clean and confortable room with balcony. Safe garage parking. Recomendations.

The location was very good.

Only a minor thing , the bathroom door could do with changing it to one that opens outwards as only a small bathroom.

Love the location , spacious room and terrace , comfortable Bed great linens , reception was professional efficient and knew the area around the Hotel.

Had to think about this... Only thing is limited plugs around the bed for electronics. I suggest you only change bedlights with integrated USB ports until you do a room renovation

Staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel excellent, in my opinion like a five star.

It's conveniently located in the city centre. The bed was very comfy and it was a plus to have an armchair in the room. Nice reception area and friendly staff.

The room needs a bit of an upgrade. Also we could hear all the noise from the street which woke us up at night a lot.

The location was excellent

I paid the equivalent of 20 euros for the breakfast which was a very basic breakfast and certainly not worth that money. The car park was not in use and the hotel in general did not seem to be well maintained ie hand gel dispenser not working no toiletries in the bathroom

Good value for money, ideally located, very clean..perfect for our short stay.!!
