La atención del personal, excelente. Las habitaciones, muy limpias y bien ubicadas con vistas al parque acuático y a la playa y la comida, aunque no era un buffet muy grande estaba todo muy bueno.

Por poner una pega que no tiene que ver con el hotel, pero si con la zona es la dificultad de encontrar aparcamiento.

Room way smaller than advertised.

Room in a state of disrepair. Cupboard doors falling off. Noisy Aircon. Very few sockets.

The staff were helpful when you engaged them but not very happy / friendly The fruits provision was good

The food wasn't varied enough When we arrived in the evening we were not given an option of sandwiches, we were given ham and cheese but we are lactose intolerant. More free games for children More drinking water station The safe should be free

The free access to the aqua park (made up the minus of the pool) The massage seats The friendly and helpful staff The food in general, especially fish was well and spicy grilled (made up the meat). The coffee maker was great (nice diversity) sometimes nice mixed salads and sometimes a spicy dish The system of the keycards (for aircondition as well) The nice glass lifts, the decoration in entrance and infront of the restaurant entrance

The breakfast: was all days the same - could be a greater diversity, for example, I'd like some of these marrokean cakes with candided fruits.. and some nuts and seeds for my muesli, and milk. The meals: The fruit juices were very thinned by water.. The grilled meat too dry (should be a hotter flame to get it outside more crusty! and inside still soft). The food in general could have been more tasty and more diversity. The swimming pool: Was -though only deep season - always filled by lots kids with toys (generally not allowed according to house info) The evenings were noisy by the entertainment - ok, this comes with this hotel But the terrace lights do not switch off until at least half past 10, often until midnight - I definitely want to switch off my balcony light by myself!!! The extra fee for the safe (could be more modern, by the same keycard..) The windows of the very nice glass lifts were very dirty.

It's a great place if you're into water parks, the beach is lovely aswell, the hotel is nice and clean and the food is good. There are loads of shops, farmacies, supermarket.

There is nothing to do after 11pm , the lights are off, everybody goes to sleep, I guess it's not a bad thing as most customers are families with kids it's just a bit unexpected when you're on holiday...

It's perfect hotel for families who like to spend the entire holidays at the hotel by the pool, waterpark or the beach. All of these are just outside

We booked room with a sea view and there was a wall in front of the balcony covering all of the view. The town is literally few hotels and shops and nothing else, you need to take taxi or bus that goes only once per hr. Bathrooms are very old and dirty, beds extremely uncomfortable. I asked for the room move due to the view and I was told to come back to reception the next day. Reception was always so busy and I just gave up waiting for someone to move us. Food was very basic, almost the same every single day, overcooked and not tasty
